Ignite | "A Prospect/Trial/Member Cancelled, But is Still Getting Messages" -- Here's How to Stop That!

You just have to change the contact type!

  1. Head to the Contact Profile by Searching their name at the "Search Contacts" bar at the top of Spark

  2. Click "Quick Actions" below their profile picture

  3. Select Edit Contact

4. Select "Former Trial" if it's a trial who cancelled and no longer needs to receive Ignite messages

5. Select Former Trial, Prospect, or Member/Client

6. Voila! They will no longer receive Ignite messages!
