🔥 Week 4 Updates 🔥

Ability to mass close unpaid invoices

With this new feature you will be able to close multiple unpaid invoices with just a few clicks without having to open each invoice individually and performing that action over and over again. This will help you save a huge amount of time you could use to focus on other parts of your business. You will be able to take advantage of this new feature by going to your left side menu, Point of Sale Settings>Unpaid Invoices

New Widget: Referrals for the Last 60 Days

We have added this new feature to be able to track your referrals much easier all from the Dashboard. Be able to see which students were referred and by whom.


Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Made adjustments to ignite settings that you no longer have to create a checkout page or select a Calendar and is made optional

  • Fixed issue with SMS Campaign and not being able to filter properly

  • Fixed issue with All contact report sending wrong redirect link when emailing a Form/Survey

  • Fixed issue with Form/Survey displaying the page break lettering

  • Fixed issue with Day of SMS messages not being sent

  • Added Character Length Validation to these pages: Settings_Marketing_Sources.aspx and Settings_Add_MemberShipType_Add.aspx

  • Fixed issue with Attendance Automations triggering twice if adding a date in the future

  • We made the stripe report export in stripe order now instead of by when stripe was received

  • Fixed issue with Bulk action adding a tag feature not working in the Mass Rank Promotion page

  • We Will now export all information gathered from checkout pages that the clients is asked to insert.

  • Fixed issue with not being able to create new checkout page when creating an Ignite Automation

  • Added Cancel Status to Automations for SMS messages and Email to show if the message were actually sent or cancelled

  • You will now be able to delete recurring appointments that are made with the to be recurring with a Contact as long as they are part of the same string.

  • Fixed issue with Rank system being added to profile if item from a checkout page had Rank System assigned to it.

  • Fixed issue with Webhook automation action step not firing off

  • Made adjustments so Inactive student contact type no longer show up in Mass Rank promotion

🔥 Week 3 Updates 🔥

Ability to create folders for email templates 📒

With this awesome new feature you will be able to organize your library of saved email templates via specific folders you could create so you could much more easily find a specific email(s) to be able to edit, delete, or activate/inactivate them. You will be able to find this new feature by going to your left side menu, Settings>Email Templates.


Recurring Tax Column on the All Memberships Report 📓

You will now be able to see how much each of your students are paying in recurring taxes with the inclusion of this new column on the All Memberships report which will take out all of the guess work of knowing if someone is being properly charged the correct amount or if someone's membership needs to be adjusted to charge the correct amount. You will be able to find this report and column by going to your left side menu, Reports>All Memberships.


Creation logs for automations 🤖


This new feature will allow you to find exactly when specific automations and/or action steps in an automation sequence were created as well as by who. This will be really beneficial when it comes to tracking which staff members worked on an automation or be able to see when they were created to get a better sense as to when it should have started working for you. These logs will only be available on automations that are created after when this announcement is made.


Time zone on appointment details for appointment reminders 📆

The appointment details included on the appointment reminder emails and SMS messages will now include the time zone in which the appointment time is set for. This will be really useful when it comes to having contacts from other states, provinces, countries, or even different continents book appointments and need to be reminded as to when the appointment will start. The time zone displayed on those reminders will be based on the time zone set in your Spark general settings


Bug Fixes/Adjustment:

  • Fixed an issue with Stripe report not showing who is eligible correctly

  • Fixed an issue with select all button in add by roster

  • Duplicate automations group were not showing up ion the drop down list, they will now show up

  • Changed logic in Attendance towards ranks. If attendance is Marked with no Rank system it will not credit any Rank system even if you are assigned to the rank system

  • Fixed Issue with SMS Campaign not Loading

  • Fixed issue with paying for membership via POS was not moving the installment due date forward

  • Fixed issue with installment due date not being moved forward if invoice is manually created, then deleted and then let the system auto-charge the payment.

  • Fixed issue with CC Surcharge not being calculated correctly

  • Fixed issue with Removing Rank from contact was not removing them from mass rank promotion

  • Fixed issue with recurring tax not being populated in to memberships if added via checkout page

  • Corrected wording in checkout pages from it saying biweekly for membership checkout pages to say twice a month on payment frequency selection

🔥 Week 2 Updates 🔥

Ability to see all connected contacts notes on one profile 👪

With this new feature you will no longer have to open each family member's/connected contacts profile to find a specific note or reminder. You will now be able to click on this checkbox to have all the notes each family member has added onto one page making it easier to see when a note was added and which actions or messages were notated

🔥 Week 1 Updates 🔥

Online Scheduler confirmation page skip option 📅

A new adjustment has been made to your Online Scheduler pages! You will now be able to skip the confirmation page completely after someone books an appointment online, this way you could have a contact automatically be sent to any other page of your choice so they could take further actions. To take advantage of this new function, you will simply want to edit your appointment types in your calendar settings and ensure that you firstly have a redirect link set on the page and secondly that you have the fields for 'Enter a Headline for AFTER they Book' & 'Enter a Sub Headline for AFTER they Book' left completely blank. As long as it is set up that way, your contacts will be automatically redirected to your redirect page.


Notifications Settings

We have now added a new way for you to be able to choose which emails you want certain Spark notifications to be sent to. Instead of checkout page sales, appointment bookings, card card update, etc. emails to be affixed to be sent to one singular email. You will have the ability to choose to send it to other staff members, instructors, or your program manager so they could also be notified once any of those actions take place. You will be able to find this new feature by going to your left side menu, Settings>Notifications.


Staff Email Notifications for Booked Appointment 📧

This highly requested feature is now available! Whenever you create appointments whether they be available slots or an appointment for a particular contact. You will be able to enable to option to have the staff member assigned to the appointment immediately be notified about it with all the necessary details included. This will help your staff stay on top of upcoming appointments so they don't miss a beat!


Remove from All Rosters button 🆕

A new button has been added to the contact's profile page. Now whenever you change change someone to the contact type 'Former Student/Member/Client' you will have the option to remove them from all the rosters they were assigned to making it easier to see exactly who should be on the roster and who shouldn't be on there as well


Ability to change the placeholder text for the 'Multiple Participants' form block 📃

We have recently added a way for you to be able to change the placeholder text for the 'Multiple Participants' block on your forms/surveys which will help you make it easier for your contacts to understand whose information they will want to add on those fields. Instead of it defaulting to say "1st Participant First Name" or "2nd Participant First Name" you could change it to say "1st Childs First Name" or any of the other great options we have available.


SMS messages showing the staff member that sent a message to a contact 💬

With this new feature, you will be able to track which staff member sent a message to a contact which will be really useful when it comes to finding who reached out to a contact last. This could also be useful to know which staff member a contact/parent talked to about a specific topic so you know exactly who you need to get in touch with on that conversation. You will be able to see these logs directly on the contacts profile under the SMS Logs tab or on the SMS Logs page itself


Export Button was added to the On Hand Inventory Report 📄

We have added the ability to Export the On hand inventory report, that way you can keep a track of how much it is costing you to purchase your products as well as how much you sell them for


Ability to send SMS message from View Purchaser Bulk options 📱

We have now added the ability to send a SMS messages to the students of your picking from a checkout page if they purchased from it.


We will now be Encrypting Bank ACH/EFT info in the Digital Agreement 📃

For security purposes we have added Encryption to the Merge field that is used for Bank info on the Digital Agreement


Membership created Log now added in timeline 📑

We will now be showing a log on how the membership was created in the timeline, that way you can see all the settings the membership was created with.


Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • We fixed an issue with being unable to Delete Single slot appointments on the Calendar

  • Fixed issues with forms not mapping info to contacts profile correctly

  • Fixed issue with Contact labels not matching up in the Contacts Pictures report as well as the All membership report

  • Fixed issue with Date format for ranks earned date in profile not matching up the date format used in settings

  • We fixed an issue with the New Member Maximizer placing back up on the top contacts that renew their membership. As well as having it being sorted from Newest person entered date up top and the oldest person at the bottom.

  • Made adjustments to the Referral Report to be able to filter with Membership start Date

  • Made adjustments to issues adding stripes with contacts that have Quotation Marks in the name

  • Fixed an issue with MIA Automations still sending SMS message if the vacation ended that date

  • Fixed issue with Enrollment Kiosk not saving photos to the contacts profile.

  • When exporting a checkout page purchaser list we are now adding the custom fields to the Export file

  • Fixed issue with checkout page not charging correct prices on some items if priced at .50 interval

  • Fixed issue with Last Night Survey not being able to save properly if using the default wording for it.

  • Fixed issue with Email campaigns sending to Multiple location schools if different tabs were open for each location

  • Fixed Mass Rank promotion issue showing duplicate profiles when merging a contact inside the Mass rank promotion

  • Fixed issue with Stripe accounts that were having the purchases show up as guest checkout pages

  • Fixed issue with Financial transaction report numbers not matching up for multiple locations
