πŸ”₯ Week 3 & 4 Updates πŸ”₯

Class Full Indicator on Add/Edit Membership Page

With this new setting you will be able to see which rosters still have spots available and which rosters are full before assigning a new student to the roster(s) through the add membership page. This can help prevent you from accidentally overfilling your classes and needing to make additional adjustments on your rosters after the fact. You will be able to find this new setting by navigating to your left side menu, Settings>Memberships, and clicking on the 'Settings tab at the top of the page. You will find a checkbox for this setting as the third option from the top of the page. You will also need to click on the 'Save' button located at the bottom of the page after clicking on the checkbox to save your selection. Please bear in mind that this setting is meant to be used by schools who only add students onto roster indefinitely and do not allow students to be added to classes for single days.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with the 'In House Reminders Sent' email still being sent to owners despite the setting being disabled in Spark.

  • Fixed an issue with checkout pages not redirecting correctly even when set to skip the thank you and redirect to a specific page.

  • Fixed an issue with the Adjust Inventory report not displaying all of the products/variants on the report automatically.

  • Fixed an issue with the email body toolbox not appearing when attempting to send a mass email to contacts from a mass rank promotion roster.

  • Fixed an issue with not being able to edit a staff member's time slip if the staff member's name contained an apostrophe.

  • Fixed an issue with the Lead & Trial Maximizer not saving a contact's updated color status and instead reverting back to red even after logging an action for the contact through the maximizer.

  • Fixed an issue with the top checkout page on the checkout page's list not allowing to be moved lower down the list.

  • Fixed an issue with memberships being incorrectly flagged as past due or expired on the Scan Barcode page for locations using the DMY date format.

  • Added logs for checkout pages to show when a staff member changed it from active to inactive and vice versa.

  • Added logs for when a staff member creates a new staff login.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with the attrition percentages on the Ultimate Stats report not being calculated correctly.

  • Fixed an issue with the last class exam toggle on contact profiles not properly filtering by the contact's last rank earned date.

  • Fixed an issue with duplicate emails being sent from the All Contacts report when the send button is clicked multiple times.

  • Fixed an issue with tasks not allowing to be created.

  • Fixed an issue with signed agreements being saved in Spark in the language it was translated to via the browser tools.

  • Fixed an issue with ranks not allowing to be edited if the rank size set up under it contains quotation marks.

  • fixed an issue with the sales price for items not being reflected on the POS page.

  • Fixed an issue with scheduled payments on invoices not allowing to be edited if the original payment method assigned to it has been deleted.

  • Fixed an issue with checkout pages set to launch in the future still allowing to contacts purchase it using the direct link to the checkout page.

  • Fixed an issue with follow up tasks showing as being yesterday instead of on the day of.

  • Adjusted autoCharge invoices to display the name of the contact the payment is for on the line item(s).

  • Added the same Cash Tendered fields from the POS page on the invoice view page.

  • Added updated payment method details on the contact's timeline after they update their payment method from the update link.

  • Added logs on the Staff Activity Logs report for when a staff member updates someone's time slip(s).

  • Added logs on the Staff Activity Logs report when a staff member adds a note on a contact's profile including information about which page the action was taken on.

Payment Method Selector on Invoice Links

With this new update you will be able to choose which payment method(s) you want to allow when emailing a contact the link to pay for an invoice. You will be able to choose if you want to allow only CC payments, EFT/Bank Draft payments, or both! You will be able to find these new options by opening an unpaid invoice and selecting the option 'Email Link to Pay'. There will be checkboxes for each payment type you can accept. Please note that you will first need to be set up to take CC and/or EFT payments prior to selecting those checkboxes.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with duplicate sms messages being sent via the All Contacts page when the send button is clicked multiple times.

  • Fixed an issue with the 'Last Attendance Date' shown on contact profiles and the Add by Roster page not displaying the correct date.

  • Fixed an issue with EFT/Bank Draft POS payments not being included on the POS Daily Reconcile Report.

  • Fixed an issue with the subject line for the 'Send Receipt' template defaulting to the 'Send Invoice Link' subject line text.

  • Fixed an issue with automation share codes not copying the automation details over correctly.

  • Fixed an issue with the 'Appointment Setter' field on trial memberships still appearing after the membership has been added.

  • Fixed an issue with a 'Something Went Wrong' error message appearing when loading the Email Campaign page on Safari.

  • Fixed an issue with the Cancelled Memberships report not exporting the information in the same order as displayed in the CRM.

  • Fixed an issue with the option to pay via CC not appearing on invoice links even when that setting is enabled for the invoice.

  • Fixed an issue with the software not automatically redirecting to the POS to collect the down payment when adding a membership to a contact's profile that contains a down payment amount.

  • Fixed an issue with the confirmation links on appointment day of and day before messages not able to be clicked.

  • Fixed an issue with the All Contacts report displaying contacts listed as 'Former Member - Still Paying' as an 'Inactive Member' instead.

  • Updated the New Member Maximizer so contacts who are placed on hold will appear as 'On Hold' instead of 'Past Due' on the report.
