πŸ”₯ Week 4 Updates πŸ”₯

NEW Signed Membership Agreements Report

With this new report you will be able to see all of the contacts who have signed their membership digital agreement within the date range of your choosing and either print/export the report or you could also choose to mass send the re-sign digital agreement link to your selected contacts using the mass actions drop down at the bottom of the report. You will be able to find this report by navigating to your left side menu, Reports>Signed Membership Agreements.

Emergency Contact Information added on Add By Roster

You will now be able to quickly and easily access your contact's emergency contact's names and mobile phone numbers on the Add by Roster by clicking on the arrow icon next to their picture and looking at the field underneath the Need To See text as shown on the image below.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with the CC Surcharge being included on the SEK down payment when being paid via Bank Draft.

  • Fixed an issue with past due emails still being sent to contacts despite them having paid for their membership.

  • fixed an issue with Stripe eligibility not working when either the classes or time in grade fields are left as 0 in the stripe setup page.

  • Fixed an issue with not being able to delete email addresses from a contact's profile if the address contains any punctuation.

  • Fixed an issue with checkout page purchase item's limit capacity field showing that five digit numbers can be added on the field.

  • Fixed an issue with enabling/disabling genders on the Contact Genders setup page not automatically updating on the form/surveys 'Gender' blocks.

  • Fixed an issue with POS package discounts not being applied when choosing to not have the package description be included on the receipt.

  • Fixed an issue with duplicate emails being sent from the All Contacts report despite the 'Eliminate Duplicates' checkbox being enabled.

  • Fixed an issue with the full checkout page description not being shown on the main checkout page list screen.

  • Fixed an issue with disabling the Service Fee feature not disabling it for purchase items that had is enabled on checkout pages.

  • Fixed an issue with packages not being shown on the Shopping Cart if there were items that were not tracking inventory in the package.

  • Fixed an issue on iPads were you could not scroll on the Invoice/Payments tab on contact profiles.

  • Fixed an issue with on hold memberships showing as past due on the Scan Barcode page.

  • Fixed an issue with the cancel if action: They have responded via SMS message Not working for all automation/action step types.

  • Adjusted the Digital Agreement contact information screen so it won't allow the autofilled fields to have their data changed for family memberships this way we prevent the wrong family member from having their information updated.

  • Adjusted Word Doc templates so the barcodeID tag and Rank name merge tag work when generated from Mass Rank Promotion rosters.

  • Renamed the Memberships page on the Settings tab in the left side menu to 'Membership Settings' so it is more easily accessible on the Quick Launch tool.

  • Adjusted the Contacts Pictures excel files to not only include the contact's picture but also allow you to access the link to the image.

  • Adjusted receipts generated from checkout page purchases to only include the terms and conditions of the sale if the 'Include on Receipt' checkbox is enabled in the checkout page settings page.

NEW Show Only Contacts having Trial Memberships Checkbox on the Lead & Trial Maximizer

With this new checkbox you will be able to choose if you only want your contacts on Trial memberships to be included on the 'On Trials' tab of your Lead & Trial Maximizer or if you also want to include contacts that are marked as On a Trial that are not on a trial membership to appear on the list as well. You will be able to find this new checkbox by navigating to your left side menu, Contacts>Lead & Trial Maximizer, and clicking on the On Trials tab.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with inactive memberships still appearing on the Thrive Map page.

  • Fixed an issue with the business name on the refer a friend email adding extra special characters.

  • Fixed an issue with the Sparktan app not displaying new lead notifications.

  • Fixed an issue with discrepancies between the Active Count and Gross Active Member counts on the dashboard.

  • Changed the default automation group name for Quick Ignite Automations to 'Ignite Automations' for better clarity.

  • Changed the 'Remove On' text on member app announcements page to 'Last Date Available' for better clarity.

  • Added a date format placeholder text on forms/surveys for better clarity as to how the dates need to be entered on the form.

  • Added logs on the staff activity report for when a staff member deletes purchasers from a checkout page list.

Tag Filters on the Current Ranks & Quit Contacts reports

You will now be able to filter both your Current Ranks report and Quit Contacts report by the tag(s) of your choice which can be helpful when trying to narrow your reports down to only include a specific list of contacts. You will be able to find the Quit Contacts report by navigating to your left side menu, Report>Quit Contacts. You will also be able to find the Current Ranks report by navigating to your left side menu, Ranks>Report: Current Ranks

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with Paid in Full memberships being marked as past due on the Scan Barcode page.

  • Fixed an issue with the last name capitalization being reversed to being lowercased after completing a Spark form.

  • Fixed an issue with the 'Only Show Contacts Eligible for Stripes' checkbox on the Today's Attendance feature not properly filtering out contacts that are not eligible for a new stripe.

  • Fixed an issue with tags not being added via Zapier setups.

  • Fixed an issue with the Items Sold report not properly showing the correct number of items sold or allowing you to view the sales for a particular item.

  • Fixed an issue with moving appointments to the 'All Day' field on the calendar causing problems.

  • Fixed an issue with sending emails in mass through the All Contacts report sending duplicate emails or none at all.

  • Fixed an issue with DOB information being entered on a checkout page purchase not being accepted or saved in the incorrect format.

  • Fixed an issue with replaced/upgrade memberships not properly being logged on the Net Billing stat.

  • Fixed an issue with the Training page of the Thrive reports not loading the proper data.

  • Fixed an issue with the business logo still being added to the top of emails despite it being disabled in the email settings.

  • Fixed an issue with duplicate card information being saved on contact profiles.

  • Fixed an issue with images appearing compressed on mobile devices.

  • Fixed an issue with form submissions containing multiple participants not showing each additional participant's information on the submission email.

  • Adjusted the digital agreement contact info screen to not allow the information to be altered for family memberships.

  • Added logs on contact timelines for when appointments are created from the membership details page for trial memberships.

  • Added logs for the new Service Fee feature on the membership history tab.

  • Added Costa Rica as a selectable country on online pages for contacts to choose when completing a form or signing up for a program.

  • Added logs for when an appointment is booked by a contact via the online scheduler containing all of the necessary information.

NEW Agreement Signed Tag Option

With this new addition you will be able to choose if you want a tag to be added to your contact's profiles when they sign their membership digital agreement. You could use this tag to start automations, for simple data gathering reasons, you could use it to have emails and/or sms messages be sent to contacts that have or don't have the tag, etc. You will be able to find this new option by editing your membership template(s) and scrolling below the digital agreement text field as shown in the image below.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with the sales tax on memberships rounding up when purchased from a checkout page.

  • Fixed an issue with updating a contact's emails address through the membership agreement page not updating it on the membership details.

  • Fixed an issue with the pay by membership credit option not working for paid appointments through the online scheduler.

  • Fixed an issue with students that are no longer set as earning ranks still appearing on the Attendance Count report when filtered to only include contacts still earning ranks.

  • Fixed an issue with not being able to view contacts with specific tags on the All Contacts report.

  • Fixed an issue with contacts's custom field values not appearing on the All Contacts report.

  • Fixed an issue with inactive and/or expired intake forms still appearing on the Enrollment Kiosk.

  • Fixed an issue with the Wholesale Price column missing from the Items Sold report export file.

  • Fixed an issue with custom CSS not applying to checkout page 'after purchase' screens.

  • Fixed an issue with the participant labels on Forms/Surveys not working as intended.

  • Fixed an issue with the 'Completed' tab on the Tasks page not displaying the full list of completed tasks as intended.

  • Fixed an issue with editing a contact's account credit amount automatically reverting it back to the original amount.

  • Fixed an issue with the emails on contact's Email History tab on their profile not showing the correct list of emails having been sent to them.

  • Fixed an issue with scheduling a membership cancellation not saving the quit reason entered or displaying it on the Quit Contacts report.

  • Fixed an issue with exporting completed form submission data to Excel not formatting the columns correctly.

  • Adjusted the Sparktan app to include the new time zone merge tag on the appointment booked email/sms messages when created from the app.

  • Added the ability to sort by First name on the Add by Roster page.

  • Added logs for when a contact is added to a roster(s) via a checkout page purchase, also included logs on the checkout page purchase items to show when rosters are selected to be added automatically upon the purchase going through.
