New features and updates for April are here! Check out these amazing new features that we have added from the awesome suggestions you have been making to help improve Spark!

πŸ”₯ Week 4 Updates πŸ”₯

New Class Roster Filter on the Current Ranks report

You will now be able to filter your Current Ranks report by class rosters which will make it easier to see which contacts in a particular class are ready to test for promotion and also be able to see where everyone's class/days progress is at without needing to have them check in for the class first. You will be able to find this new filter by navigating to your left side menu, Ranks>Report: Current Rank.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with the MTD amount on the End of Day report not showing the correct figures.

  • Fixed a graphical glitch on the add membership page when attempting to book trial appointments for a contact.

  • Fixed an issue with the contact phases drop down options being hard to see/read when using Dark Mode.

  • Fixed an issue with non Spark hyperlinks being sent from Spark automatically adding the contactID# at the end of the URL(s).

  • Fixed an issue with contacts selecting a time slot from an online scheduler but closing the tab before completing the booking process causing the time slot to be removed from the scheduler for a full 6 minutes.

  • Fixed an issue with not being able to upload .HEIC images to contact profiles to be used for their profile picture.

  • Fixed an issue with payment methods added from the update payment method link not automatically being added to the membership.

  • Fixed an issue with the Missing Digital Agreements page including contacts on memberships that don't have an agreement template assigned to it.

  • Fixed an issue with the Membership Down Payment report not including down payment charges being collected from checkout pages or through the Spark Enrollment Kiosk.

  • Fixed an issue with playbooks not updating the task and playbook completion logs to show the most recent completion dates/times.

  • Fixed an issue with membership barcodes not being properly aligned on the barcode paper as intended.

  • Fixed an issue with refunds being credited back to a Spark client's card not showing as refunded on the Manage Subscription page.

  • Fixed an issue with the Shopping Cart and Checkout pages showing items as no longer being in stock/available when the item still has a quantity of 1.

  • Fixed an issue with the Lead & Trial Maximizer displaying contacts on the Trials Expired tab as having expired 125 years ago.

  • Fixed an issue with the Lead & Trial Maximizer timing out when clicking on the Contacts Phases tab.

  • Fixed an issue with updating existing rank names/titles not updating on Mass Rank Promotion Rosters.

  • Fixed an issue with the DOB field on checkout pages displaying a date in wrong format flag even when the date is added in the correct format.

  • Added the ability to manually use a contacts class credits to pay for a 'Paid' appointment on the calendar (for Paid Appointments feature).

  • Added an option to mass deactivate memberships on the Expired Memberships report.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with not being able to save changes made to the sms templates on the membership settings page.

  • Fixed an issue with appointment type colors not appearing correctly on the calendar when viewed using Safari.

  • Fixed an issue with installment due dates not moving forward correctly for contacts that are paying for their memberships using consolidated invoices.

  • Adjusted invoices with scheduled payments to display logs on the failed payment attempts and the dates they were attempted as well.

  • Added logs for when a stripe is removed from a contact's rank on the contact timeline and on the Staff Activity Logs.

  • Added the ability to include multiple files on emails being sent via a contact's profile. To do so, you will need to hold down the shift key while selecting the files.

Added the Ability to Map the Medical Concerns Field to Form/Survey Blocks

With this new update, you will have the ability to connect your new/existing form blocks to the Medical Concerns field on your contact's profiles which will make it to where the answers provided on their form submission will be automatically saved on their medical concerns field which you could also choose to have exported via the form submissions page or All Contacts report.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with not being able change the folder a playbook is assigned to.

  • Fixed an issue with the current ranks not being displayed on the All Contacts report correctly.

  • Fixed an issue with additional participants on a checkout page purchase not appearing on the contact list when attempting to print out the full purchaser's list.

  • Fixed an issue with contacts that have spaces in their name or have hyphenated last names not appearing when their name is typed in on the self check in attendance pages.

  • Fixed an issue with the item variant name not being included on the Items Sold Summary report.

  • Fixed an issue with Forms/Surveys not creating new profiles or associating the form submission to the new/existing additional participants listed on the submission.

  • Fixed an issue with the update payment method link not properly associating a new card added to a contact's membership if they were previously set to autoCharge bank draft.

  • Adjusted the Bounced stat on the email campaign page to included deferred emails in that number.

Major Changes/Improvements to the Playbooks Feature

We have completely reworked the Playbooks feature from the ground up making it at a much more user friendly and powerful tool that any business can benefit from using. The video below will explain all of the changes in detail and will go over how you could make the most of the feature. ​NEW Filter Options on the Sessions Remaining and Ability to Create Saved Filters

With this new update to the Sessions Remaining report, you will be able to not only filter the report to provide you with the number of classes members have taken within the past/current week and past/current month, but you will also be able to create saved filters which you can reuse over and over again. This can be helpful if you have certain memberships or periods you want to focus on at a time. Instead of having to manually select each membership and option, you could just have a saved filter you could select which can help save you time. You will be able to find this report by navigation to your left side menu, Attendance>Sessions Remaining Report.

Added a New Tab Past Due Follow Ups Tab on the New Member Maximizer

When you open up your New Member Maximizer, you will find a new tab titled: 'Follow-Up Past' which will only include the members with past due follow up dates. The addition of this new tab will allow you to separate the members that have past follow up dates from the ones who don't need to be followed up with until a future date which can make it easier to stay on top of your new members and ensure no one falls through he cracks during their first few days as a new member. You will be able to find this new tab by navigating to your left side menu, Contacts>New Member Maximizer.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with the Spark calendar not displaying the appointment type colors when viewed on Safari.

  • Fixed an issue with appointments on the Spark calendar not being shown on the correct time slots when viewed on Safari.

  • Fixed an issue with the merge files on Rank Promotion rosters not exporting the most recent rank names.

  • Fixed an issue with the total due amount on invoices not automatically updating when altering/removing line items from unpaid invoices.
