Emailed Appointment Reminder Notification Setting
With this new setting you will be able to choose if you want your day of and day before appointment reminders to be sent to contacts via email if the contact doesn't have a mobile phone on file. You will be able to find this new setting by navigating to your Appointment Type settings page, it will be shown at the top of the page below the 'Add New Calendar Type' button.
Include Business Information on Email Footers Setting
We have added a new setting which will allow you to choose if you want your business information to be included at the bottom of all of the emails sent through Spark or if you prefer to omit that information entirely. This setting will affect all of the emails being sent from your location. You will be able to find it by navigating to your left side menu>General Settings.
Enhancements for Sign Up Sheets
Multiple updates have been made to Sign Up Sheets to improve the feature. These updates include: clicking on the signup sheets button at the top of the page will redirect to the complete sign up sheets list rather than displaying a dropdown, added a button to show/hide expired sign up sheets, added a duplicate option for sign up sheets under the actions dropdown, replaced the admin fee field on the sign up sheets setup page with a CC surcharge toggle which will based off of the surcharge percentage and/or fixed amount set up in the Point of Sale Settings.
Bug Fixes/Adjustments:
Fixed an issue with checkout page thumbnails not updating on the main checkout list screen.
Fixed an issue with appointments being duplicated on the Spark calendar.
Fixed an issue with the unpaid invoice sms reminders not being sent as intended.
Fixed an issue with the membership creation/change logs not including the membership end date for open ended memberships and not including the payment frequency change logs.
Fixed an issue with contacts on vacation still appearing on the MIA Maximizer.
Fixed an issue the checkout page participants export file not reflecting the correct attended status for participants.
Fixed an issue with duplicate tasks appearing on playbooks.
Fixed an issue with the playbook steps/tasks not being properly aligned on the page.
Fixed an issue with the bank draft option not being included on the update payment method link despite it being enabled for the link.
Fixed an issue with exporting a form/survey's results to CSV causing the data to appear under the same column.
Fixed an issue with the identity verification pop up not appearing on the scheduler links that are connected to existing contacts.
Added a 'Load More' button of the Follow-Up Today page for quicker loading times.
Added global merge tags to the email templates on the Point of Sale Settings page.
Add sms saved replies to the Mass Rank Promotion mass sms option.
Adjusted the company name merge tag to now be listed as contact company name for better clarity.

New Option to Display Company Information of the Footer of the Forms/Surveys Page(s)
With this new setting you will be able to choose if you want your company's name and address to be included on the footer of your forms/surveys pages. You will be able to find this setting by creating/editing a form/survey and scrolling to the 'Settings' tab towards the bottom half of the page as shown in the image below:
Bug Fixes/Adjustments:
Fixed an issue with not being able to duplicate membership templates.
Fixed an issue with tags being assigned by automations not appearing visible on the contact's profile page.
Fixed an issue with locations that don't have a payment gateway connected still displaying a credit card field on the unpaid invoice links.
Fixed an issue with mark attendance function on checkout page purchaser lists not working.
Fixed an issue with contacts being changed to a former member immediately when their membership is set to be cancelled on a future date.
Fixed an issue with the 'Need to See' pop up not appearing when a contact that is marked as need to see checks in for class.
Fixed an issue with the appointment confirmation emails not being sent when adding appointments from the 'Convert to Trial pop up.
Fixed an issue with the Online Scheduler booking process not working when the name placeholder text was over a certain character count.
Fixed an issue with the checkout page purchase totals not being properly calculated when multiple participants are added to the purchase using the 'Contacts Found' pop up box.
Fixed an issue with the email templates text field on the membership settings page occasionally being greyed out.
Restricted the use of the % character on passwords.
Added the option to load more attendances on contact's profiles that have over 100 logged attendance records.
Adjusted the text on the automation setup page to provide better clarity on how the include/exclude tag fields work.
Added the option to cancel sms campaigns that are set to be sent out immediately, similar to how Email Campaigns work.
