Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with credit card swipers not working as intended.

  • Fixed an issue with deleting tags from the database not updating the tags assigned to a contact on the Lead & Trial Maximizer.

  • Fixed an issue with hyperlinks occasionally not working on emails when the email is viewed on a mobile device.

  • Fixed an issue with the Lead & Trial Maximizer filters not working as intended.

  • Fixed an issue with the Follow-Up Dashboard not properly displaying follow up tasks in the correct order.

  • Fixed an issue with the online scheduler links not consistently displaying the correct number of time slots available to be booked on the calendar.

  • Fixed an issue with the filters on Mass Rank Promotion rosters not working as intended.

  • Fixed an issue with dashboard stats history numbers not consistently reporting the correct figures.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue the staff filter not working on the Tasks page.

  • Fixed an issue with not being able to purchase sms credits via the Purchase SMS Credits page.

  • Fixed an issue with not being able to untoggle the shipping and attended setting on checkout page purchase item settings.

  • Fixed an issue with not being able to use YouTube videos for email video placeholders.

  • Fixed an issue with the expiry date calculations not working when adding a trial membership using the Convert to Trial feature on contact profiles.

  • Fixed an issue with the DOB field displaying an error when selecting a DOB from the date picker on checkout pages for DMY locations.

  • Fixed an issue with CC Surcharge fees being applied to Bank Draft payments.

  • Fixed an issue with exporting the Lead & Trial leads and trial list only including the contacts shown on page instead of including everyone on the list.

  • Fixed an issue with the home address field on forms/surveys allowing for special characters to be added.

  • Fixed a typo on the checkout page purchase receipt email.

  • Added the participant label at the end of the add participant button on checkout pages.

  • Fixed an issue with duplicate appointment slots being created for forever recurring slots.

  • Fixed an issue with certain sms messages not being properly associated back to an existing contact's profile.

  • Fixed an issue with updating a card on file with one that has the same card number causing error messages to appear when running membership payments.

  • Fixed an issue with the Membership Down Payment product not working on the POS screen if the product is not attached to a product category.

  • Fixed an issue with 'Send to Staff' logs appearing on push notification campaign and sms campaign logs when they should only appear on email campaign logs.

  • Fixed an issue with an excessive tax amount being added to invoices being generated from paid appointment links.

  • Fixed an issue with the rank system columns on the All Contacts report not properly displaying each contact's active rank.

  • Fixed an issue with checkout page purchase and new appointment notification emails being sent twice to the same email address.

  • Fixed an issue with invoices paid exactly at midnight not appearing on the financial transactions report.

  • Fixed an issue with new checkout page sale emails not accurately displaying the selections made on the custom fields added to the page.

  • Fixed an issue with class rosters still able to be booked on the embedded scheduler link even when they fall within closed times set in the calendar.

  • Fixed an issue with duplicate appointments being able to be created from the Spark Enrollment Kiosk.

  • Fixed an issue the Since Last Exam toggle not working on contact's profiles

  • Changed unpaid invoices to only display the 'Add Scheduled Payment' button if the contact has active cards on file.

  • Adjusted the Follow Up Today list to automatically remove tasks for deleted contacts.
