When you get new sms message or text from the student via Member App, you'll get a notification in Spark. You should see the notification icon on the top right hand side of the dashboard.
Once you have any new notification, it shows the number of new notifications (show up in red). If you click it, it shows if it's regular sms message or new member app message.
Note: Click the notification to get redirected to correct section to view them and reply back.
Example: If you click the text message notification, it will take you to sms logs where the unread sms are displayed. Same for Member App messages, if you click on it, it will take you to Member App user section and unread sms will display in red.
