If want to create new Tag(s) and see which are being used for automations and which contacts have those, it's real simple.
Left Side Menu Bar > More Features > Tags > Add or Edit Tags
On Tags page, click "Add New Tag".
Now you can create a new tag, see which tags are tied to automations, and which contacts have those tags.
