If you want to turn off an automation, follow these steps:
Go to the left-side menu > More Features > Automations.
Locate the automation you want to turn off.
On the right side, click Action.
Select Edit Automation Trigger.
Toggle the Automation Active setting to off. If the toggle is green, it means the automation is on.
Click Save.
If you only want to turn off a specific action step instead of the entire automation:
Click View Action Steps.
Find the action step you want to turn off.
Click the gear icon on the action step.
Select Turn Off.
