Find out how your students truly feel about their experience at your location by sending an automatic survey asking how their class was the night before. If they give a high rating, you can ask them to leave a review on your Facebook business page, Yelp page, or Google listing. If they give an unfavorable rating, you can collect more detailed feedback. You can also assign a tag based on the rating they choose.
Go to the left-side menu > More Features > Automations.
You will see the automation at the top of the page.
2. Click on View Settings.
3. Fill out your school’s information and set up each step according to your preferences.
You can set a minimum rating. For example, if a student selects 3 stars, they will not be prompted to leave a Google or Yelp review.
You can also apply a tag to automate a response using automations based on the rating they provide.
