The Credit Card Expiring Soon Email is a great way to notify your students that they will need to update their payment method on file soon. The email itself goes based on the credit card's expiration date and by adding the merge tag: {CREDIT-CARD-FORM-URL} on the email body, you will be able to have your students update their payment method directly from the email without needing a staff member to update the payment method manually.
Please follow the steps below to set your Credit Card Expiring Soon Email:
Left Side Menu Bar > Settings > under Membership section > Invoice & Receipts
Scroll down until you find Credit Card Expiring Soon Email page. Here, you're able to make edits/changes you preferred on the email. To deactivate the email, just leave the email subject and body blank.
Note: The email will be sent to your students between 8 weeks and 3 weeks before their card expiration date.
