If you are interested in sending out the payment links to your In House paying students on their membership due date, please follow the steps below:
Left Side Menu Bar > Settings > under Membership section > Invoice & Receipts
Scroll down until you find In House Membership Invoice Email page. Here, you need to:
Enable the "Automatically Send Invoice on Due Date" option
Enter in the subject of the email to display what you want sent
Note: Please make sure you use the merge tag: {PAYMENT-LINK} on the subject of the email for the student's specific payment link to be autofilled on the email for them to use and pay.
