If you want to upload any merge documents, awards, certificates, and/or diplomas, go to:
Left Side Menu Bar > Settings > under General section > Word Doc Template Manager
On Word Document Templates page, click "Upload New Template".
You're able to use them for rank promotions or store them for any future use.
Note: The file NEED to be a .docx file format to be able to upload into Spark.
