How to set up suppliers/vendors

How to set up your a list of all the vendors who supply you with your inventory

If you are selling products that you order from a supplier, you will need to set up your suppliers. You must have at least one supplier created. If you do not purchase from external suppliers, you can create one using your school’s name.

Setting up suppliers helps you easily create orders using the Orders to Place report found under the Reports tab.

To set up a supplier:

  1. Go to the left-side menu > Point of Sale > POS Setup > Suppliers

  2. Click Suppliers.

  3. Click Add New Supplier.

  4. Enter the supplier’s information and save.
