Keeping track of your inventory is important so you always have enough stock available for your students. This helps ensure they can purchase items immediately without delays or needing to place special orders.
To track inventory for a product:
Go to the left-side menu > Point of Sale > POS Setup > Products.
Click Add Product or select Edit on an existing product.
Scroll down and turn on the Track Inventory toggle.
Enter the Quantity on Hand (how many items you currently have).
Enter the Reorder Point Quantity (the level at which the item will appear on the reorder report).
Enter the Reorder Max Quantity (the maximum number of items you want to have in stock).
Click Save.
