Steps to Verify Signed Agreements
Option 1: Check the User's Profile
Left Side Menu Bar > Contacts > View Students
Under "Contacts" page, click "View" button right next to the name of the student to see their profile.
Under "Profile Dashboard" page, scroll down to the bottom to see "Contracts / Memberships / Recurring Payments" section.
Here, you'll find a list of all past and present agreements, including their signed status.
Option 2: Use Predefined Reports
Left Side Menu Bar > Reports > under Membership section > Missing Digital Agreements
On "Missing Digital Agreements" page, you can see the list of people who do not have their membership agreements signed. You can also check the "Signed Memberships Agreement" report to view completed agreements.
Where to Find and View Specific Signed Agreements
Once an agreement is signed, you can access the actual document from the user’s profile by going to:
Left Side Menu Bar > Contacts > View Students
Under "Contacts" page, click "View" button right next to the name of the student to see their profile.

Click the link labeled "View Digital Agreement".
