If you're looking for the status of an for and Auto-charge EFT payment for a membership, just go to:

  • Left Side Menu Bar > Reports > under Financial section > autoCharge EFT Status

The reason we have a EFT status report is because unlike unlike credit card payments, you will know if it's approved or declined when you submit it.

On the other hand, EFT transactions (aka Bank Drafts, ECHECKS, ACH) must be submitted and wait for approval. This can take up to 5 days to get the status.

  • The EFT Process: Submitted > Waiting > Final Status (Returned or Settled)

When Spark received notification of a "Returned" payment, we will make a note of it in the contact's profile and send you an email letting you know a payment failed, plus open the invoice again.
