Participant labels in Checkout Pages

How to set up the participant name label on a checkout page.

This option controls what you want to call the participant on the checkout page—for example: participant, student, child, or member. Simply enter the label you prefer, and that’s what will appear on that checkout page.

If the student’s name should be listed (not the parent’s), set the label to “Student.” This helps ensure the parent enters the student’s name instead of their own.

To set this up, go to:

  • Left Side Menu Bar > More Features > Checkout Pages

Under "Checkout Pages" page, scroll down to "General" section then click "Edit Checkout Page" button.

Under "Add / Edit Checkout Page" page, scroll down to "General Settings" until you find "Participant Label (Label for Contact Name)" section and write down what you want to label the participant or select from the options available.
