Follow-Up tab in the lead and trial maximizer reminds you of prospects you need and should follow up on for the day. Its doesn't only serve as a great reminder but also helps you keep up with your new prospects and minimize the chances of them falling through the cracks and losing potential new students. To view this, go to:
Left Side Menu Bar > Maximizers > Lead & Trials Maximizer
Under "Trial Maximizer" page, scroll down and select "Follow-Up Today".
On this tab you're able to:
View when the contact was entered in the maximizer.
See when the last action was taken on the contact.
See when their next action is set. (These dates are set based on follow up date on notes, reminders, and scheduled appointment dates).
Check whether they have or have not booked an appointment with you.
Check how they were acquired as a contact and see which tags they have on their profile.
Check the source used to be entered in as a contact such as: web lead, referral, Walk In. etc.
See which Trial Phase they are under.
Lastly, you can take actions on these contacts by clicking on the blue "Take Action" button at the very right of the page.
