New Member Phases are the steps a member will go through to stay training long term. You can create your own phases to make New Member Maximizer unique to your business by going to:
Left Side Menu Bar > Settings > under Contact section > Contact Phases
On "Settings: Prospect Maximizer Contact Phases" page, click "Add Phase".
