Are your contacts using the Spark Member App? If so, we would highly advise selling your checkout pages through the app itself which will make it much easier for your students to make purchases for equipment/merchandise, pay for belt testing registration fees, or sign up for new memberships as well.
To make your checkout pages visible on the Member App, follow these few steps:
The SPARK MINDS Member App offers two main types of checkout pages: Membership Checkout Pages, used exclusively for initiating memberships, and Regular Checkout Pages, which cater to standard purchases unrelated to membership enrollment. Understanding these distinctions is key to setting up your checkout pages effectively.
To check this, go to:
Left Side Menu Bar > Checkout Pages
Under "Checkout Pages" page, click "Edit Checkout Page" button on the checkout page you want to select.
On "Add / Edit Checkout Page" page, scroll down and select "Member App Settings". Make sure that "Allow on Spark Student App" toggle is on for the checkout page(s) you want to sell on the app.
And also ensure that you have an "Offer Headline". That's what will be listed as the title of the checkout page on the app.
Left Side Menu Bar > More Features > Member App
Under "Spark Member App" page, scroll down and select "Checkout Pages".
Make sure your checkout pages have a checkmark next to them and pay attention to the "Checkout Page Type" column on the right.
The page type will determine whether the checkout page will be placed under the "Start A Membership" tab on the app or the regular "Shop" tab instead.
To locate your membership checkout pages, navigate to the Member App's main menu, select the "Start a Membership" tab, and explore all available options dedicated to creating or accessing memberships.
For regular, non-membership checkout pages, head to the "Shop" tab in the Member App, where you will find related standard purchase processes.
These steps ensure you can easily identify and manage both types of checkout pages.
