What's a University Course URL?
This is the website address for all of your SPARK University Online Courses and the link you will give to anyone wishing to enroll. You can customize this link by adjusting the SPARK University Options. To do this, go to:
Left Side Menu Bar > More Features > University > Courses
Under "SPARK University Courses" page, you can see the "Link To Your Online Courses". This is set by default so don't send this link to students as it will not be connected to your courses.
On that same page, click "SPARK University Options" button and there will be a pop up window where you can set the name for your website address. This is the link you can give to your students and the one that will be on the automation email that will get sent to them once they are tagged.
You will also be able to to set up your university name, tag line, and other customization. Once you're done, click "Save Options".
IMPORTANT: You want to set up your University URL before you start creating the courses. The reason is you want the tag automation for your courses to already have the correct URL you just created. If you create the courses before setting up the URL, you need to copy the URL you created and go into each of your courses to take the default URL off the automation email that gets sent to students once they are tagged and paste the correct one.
