You can set an automation to fire based on student's birthday. This automation is great for promoting birthday party sales before their birthday and sending birthday greetings. Just go to:
Left Side Menu Bar > More Features > Automations
Under "Automations" page, click the "Add New Automation" button.
After clicking it, you can set the:
Automation Name (e.g. Birthday Automation)
Description (e.g. Student who have a birthday coming up)
What is the action that will trigger this Automation? (select "Based on their birthday")
Contact Type (e.g. Students)
Appropriate Tags
Once you're done, click the "Save" button.
