When managing memberships in SPARK MINDS, you may encounter a situation where a membership does not appear on a client's profile. This article explains the possible cause of this issue and provides a step-by-step solution to resolve it.


Problem Description

A membership is not visible on a specific client's profile, even though it appears on another client's profile or in the inactive memberships section.


Cause of the Issue

The membership is marked as inactive. Inactive memberships do not appear on the active memberships list for the client.


Step-by-Step Solution

To make the membership visible and active again, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the client's profile where the membership is not appearing.

  2. Locate the membership in the inactive memberships section.

  3. Edit the membership by selecting it.

  4. Use the 'active' toggle to re-activate the membership.

  5. Save the changes.


Additional Notes

  • You may encounter a warning advising against making changes to the membership. This warning is only relevant for adjustments to the payment amount and frequency. It can be safely ignored when re-activating a membership.


By following these steps, the membership should now appear on the client's profile as active.
