    • Member App > Settings > Attendance Settings > Allow Client to Book Class checkbox > Save.

Once enabled, classes will appear without being grayed out, and users will be able to book them.

2. Membership Restrictions

If the "Allow Students to Only Book Classes Associated to their Membership" setting is enabled, students will only see rosters that explicitly list their membership as an associated membership.

  • Solution: Add the student’s membership to the roster’s Associated Memberships in the roster’s settings.

After saving, have the student refresh the app by opening the left menu and tapping Dashboard.

3. Duplicate Profiles

Duplicate profiles in the SPARK MINDS system can cause issues with class schedule visibility, especially when logging into a child’s account.

  • Solution: Delete or merge duplicate profiles to resolve the issue.

4. System Updates and Design Changes

The grayed-out appearance of the Class Schedule section is part of a system update implemented to address previous issues and improve efficiency. This design will remain unless booking is enabled.

  • Note: It is not possible to revert to the previous system where the schedule was not grayed out.
