Overview of the Referral Program
When you refer an eligible new customer to Spark Membership and that customer converts from trial to paid, you can earn a referral reward.
Important: This referral reward applies to Spark only (not Ignite).
How to Refer Someone
Share Spark Membership with your referral and have them sign up for a trial.
Ask your referral to mention your name (or referral details) when signing up or when contacting Spark Membership support, so the referral can be attributed correctly.
Once the referred customer converts from trial to paid, the referral can be reviewed for eligibility.
Eligibility Requirements
A referral is eligible only if all of the following are true:
The referred customer converts from trial to paid.
The referral is for Spark only, not Ignite.
The referred customer is not signing up for a 2nd location.
The referred customer cannot actively be in Spark’s funnel at the time of referral.
The referred customer cannot have churned within the last 6 months.
If any of these conditions are not met, the referral reward does not apply.
