Head to the Contact Profile by Searching their name at the "Search Contacts" bar at the top of Spark

Click "Quick Actions" below their profile picture

1. Head to the Contact Profile by Searching their name at the "Search Contacts" bar at the top of Spark
2. Click "Quick Actions" below their profile picture
3. Select Edit Contact

4. Select "Former Trial" if it's a trial who cancelled and no longer needs to receive Ignite messages 

5. Select Former Trial, Prospect, or Member/Client

6. Voila! They will no longer receive Ignite messages! 

You just have to change the contact type!
