Step 1 - Requesting Your Export
Email PerfectMind's support team at [email protected] and request an export of your database including financials to be sent to Spark at [email protected].
Please allow up to 2 weeks for PerfectMind to respond to your request.
Step 2 - Import into Spark
Once we receive your data we will import it into your Spark account within 2 business days. You will be notified via email upon completion.

(Option #2) Professional Support Export - $1,000 USD
Step 1 - Requesting Your Export
Email PerfectMind's support team at [email protected] and request an export of your database without financial information to be sent to Spark at [email protected].
Please allow up to 2 weeks for PerfectMind to respond to your request.
Step 2 - Import into Spark
Once we receive your data we will import it into your Spark account within 2 business days. You will be notified via email upon completion.

(Option #3) Free Self-Export
Step 1 - Creating Your Views
Navigate to the Contact Page in PerfectMind and create a new view for each of the following:

Step 2 - Downloading Your Views
Once you have created all views, scroll to the bottom of each view and export as CSV.
Step 3 - Submitting Your Files
Send all exported files to [email protected] along with your Spark ID found in the top left corner of your Spark software. We will have your data imported within 2 business days.

Financial Data
Your financial data transfer option depends on which export option you chose:
Full Export ($3,000) - Your financial and card data is included. No further action is needed.
Professional Export ($1,000) or Free Self-Export - Financial data is not included in either of these options.
