Submitting Your Files

Once you have exported all your tables, please send them to our data team at [email protected]. Please include your Spark ID in your email, which can be found in the top left corner of your Spark software. This helps us identify your account quickly.

Financial Data

Microsoft Access does not store financial data. If you have a different software you use to charge your contacts, please let us know and we can look into this for you. We recommend using Spark's Credit Card Recollection feature to recollect card information from your customers. https://help.sparkmembership.com/en/articles/9859920-credit-card-recollection-feature
