If you store your student and family contact information in Google Contacts, you can export this data and import it into Spark. This is a quick and simple export that will result in a single file. If you have your memberships and billing set up on a separate software, please be sure to let us know.

Step 1 - Selecting Your Contacts

Go to Google Contacts and check the box next to any contact. In the top left, click Selection Actions > All to select all contacts.

Step 2 - Exporting Your Contacts

In the top left, click More Actions and then click Export, Select Outlook CSV as your export format and click Export to save your file.

Submitting Your Files

Once your file is exported, please send it to our data team at [email protected]. Please include your Spark ID in your email, which can be found in the top left corner of your Spark software. This helps us identify your account quickly.

Financial Data

Google Contacts does not store financial data. If you have a different software you use to charge your contacts, please let us know and we can look into this for you. We recommend using Spark's Credit Card Recollection feature to recollect card information from your customers. https://help.sparkmembership.com/en/articles/9859920-credit-card-recollection-feature
