🔥 Week 4 Updates 🔥
Fixed an issue with staff members still being able to navigate the Sparktan app after having their access removed.
Fixed an issue with a contact's rank not being updated on the mass rank promotion roster when it is adjusted on their profile.
Fixed an issue with not being able to save changed made to calendar appointment types.
Added an option to be able to add a payment options directly through the main membership templates page.

🔥 Week 3 Updates 🔥
New EFT status buttons on the EFT autocharge report 📝
With this new feature you will be able to filter your autocharge report to only display specific information you are trying to look for. No matter whether you are trying to focus on your returned EFT payments or perhaps you want to all the ones that have been resubmitted, you will be able to do so by clicking on the tabs at the top of the report.
Rank Stripe Eligibility column on the mass rank promotion page 🥋
With this new addition you will now be able to see which stripes your students on your promotion roster are ready to earn. This could be very useful in situations where a student has reached all the minimum requirements needed to promote based on their time in grade or classes taken but may have not earned the required stripes needed to promote so instead of having to flip between two different pages to find which students you should nominate, you will now be able to find all that information directly on your mass rank promotion roster(s).
Fixed issue of not being able to see the Total Paid & Total Owed fields on Safari.
Fixed issue of not being able to delete payment options on membership templates without filling out required fields.
Fixed issue with the All Contacts report saved filters not saving properly.
Fixed issue with appointment titles adding text reading as 'undefined' by default.
Fixed issue with the list of students not appearing in the proper order when generating an ATA testing sheet.
Fixed an issue with invoice refunds not appearing in the invoice link or pdf copy.
Added logs on the profile timeline for when a staff member inactivates a contact's payment method(s).

🔥 Week 2 Updates 🔥
New Membership Template page Layout
Some new exciting changes have been made to the membership templates page! You will now be able to change your membership and membership payment option details all on the general templates page without having to edit each one individually. This will provide you with a much more quick and easy way to update multiple membership templates which could help save you a ton of time! Visually you will also be able to see what settings/details you have set for your membership templates which will also help finding and fixing any mistakes made on your templates. You will be able to find these new changes by going to your left side menu, Settings>Memberships.
Fixed issue with the member app not showing the classes correctly on the app
Added Length Validation to Email Template Name in the Email Campaign section
Added Mass SMS option in the New Member Maximizer
Fixed issue with unknown error pop up coming up when some tried to update CC information
Fixed issue in Checkout pages where & Character was causing errors when placed on the item name
Made adjustments to Sparktan app to not show former members as receiving push notifications since they would not be able to receive that push notification.
Added a load more option in the Attendance Tab of the Student Member app for contacts that have more than 100 attendances
Added Length Validation to SMS Saved Replies when being added through the Lead and Trial Maximizer and also the New Member Maximizer
Fixed issue for Quick Action Tab on profile not working on Tablet.
Added logging in Students timeline on the profile to see if Contact had a profile merged or they changed their information via form/survey.
🔥 Week 1 Updates 🔥
Contact profile statistics 📊
With this new feature you will be able to view important statistics pertaining to your contacts with just a simple glance. The information you will be able to see is the number of emails sent to the contact within the last 60 days, the total number of appointments booked, the total number of classes taken, the total number of tasks created for the contact, as well as the total number of invoices created for the contact. Each statistic has it's own subsection with more additional information pertaining the numbers shown above it that may serve useful to you. The blue horizontal line icon at the top right of the stats will allow you to temporarily hide the statistics in cases where your screen may be facing your students or anyone else you may not want to seeing that information and if you want to be able to turn it on or off for yourself or certain staff members, you will be able to enable/disable it by going to your left side menu, Settings>Staff logins and clicking on the "Show Dashboard on Profile" toggle on the page and saving.
Added More Logging to the membership note when deleting a card on file that was being used on a Membership
Fixed issue with not being able to rank promote contacts profile via the add by roster.
Added pop up to form to confirm the person filling out the form is the person that the form link is connected to.
Added prevention from sending Form link to contacts that are connected to other clients profile that isn't theirs.
Added ability to adjust appointment types on contacts profile if appointment type on the calendar is deleted and contacts have appointments made for that appointment type.
Fixed issue with "Send to" Number in SMS Campaign showing incorrect number
Fixed "Show SMS Note" button on contacts profile
We have made adjustments to the wording when clients click on the update payment method link sent via the profile and not via the membership.
