🔥 Week 4 Updates 🔥
Send emailed receipt for down payments charged through the SEK 🧾
With this new setting you will have the option to choose whether you want to have your contacts automatically be sent an emailed copy of their receipt for when they are charged a down payment through the SEK or not. You will be able to find this setting by going to your left side menu, Settings>Memberships, clicking on the 'Settings' option at the top of the page and scrolling down to where you will find the option to enable/disable the setting like so:
New 'Send Invoice Link Email Template' 📧
You will now be able to customize the email template that is automatically generated for when you email a contact a link to pay for an invoice. This will work the exact same as the 'send receipt' email template where you will be able to customize the verbiage and the placement for the merge tags to fit where you want them to appear providing your contact with a more personal feel tailored exactly to your liking. You will be able to find this new option by going to your left side menu, Point of Sale Settings>Settings, and scrolling to the bottom of the page.
Ability to enable the surcharge option for memberships on checkout pages 💵
With this new option you will be able to control which memberships you would like to apply a surcharge to the recurring payments that you are selling through a checkout page. You will be able to find this option by editing a membership purchase item on your checkout page and scroll towards the middle of the pop up box which is where you will be able to find the surcharge option in the middle column like so:
Fixed an issues with memberships that have not started yet appearing as active on the profile. Instead of having a checkmark next to it, it will display an hourglass icon next to memberships with a start date in the future.
Checkout pages not allowing contacts to see the payment method section when the the information is autofilling and when there is a required purchase item on the page.
Fixed an issues with appointments not have the confirmation checkboxes updated back to unchecked when moving the appointment from on day/time to another.
Fixed an issues with SMS messages still being sent to contacts despite the number having been unsubscribed.
Fixed an issue with emails that contain apostrophes displaying double quotation marks on the profile when saved.
Fixed an issue with the Mass Rank Promotion page with adding an apostrophe to the promotion title, the character being replaced with a slash.
Fixed an issue with not being able to access the webcam on a contacts profile when viewing the profile through the Add by Roster page.
Fixed an issue with the re-ordering function for membership checkout pages on the member app settings not working.
Adjusted the class rosters page to not display students that are on vacation.
🔥 Week 3 Updates 🔥
New feature on checkout pages to allow each membership purchaser on the same checkout page purchase complete their own agreement 📑
With this new addition to checkout pages, when selling memberships through them and allowing multiple contacts to start a membership on the same checkout page purchase, you could provide them all with options to complete their own agreement instead of just having that option for the first purchaser listed on the checkout page. This will make it much easier for both you and your contacts to get that portion of the process completed without needing collect those signatures in person or needing to email them the agreement to have signed. For this to work you will first need to make sure you have the checkbox 'Sign Digital Agreement?' option turned on in the checkout page settings and make sure that you are not skipping the order completed page as well as making sure you have a digital agreement under the membership(s) you are offering on your checkout page.
Fixed an issue with when editing appointment types sending another confirmation email.
Fixed an issue with the webcam not working on tablets when trying to take a profile picture for a contact.
Fixed an issue with not being able to access the university when using the 'Login as course author' function.
Fixed an issue with tags on the redirect rules section of forms/surveys not being displayed in alphabetical order.
Fixed an issue with required field answers on forms/survey not appearing on the submission results.
Adjusted the 'print document' option on mass rank promotion roster to include rank eligibility information on the pdf.
Added more duplicate charge protection no Mass Signup sheets and on the Member App.
🔥 Week 2 Updates 🔥
Ability for connected contacts to be able to swap between family members on the University page 📚
This highly requested feature will make it much easier for families to be able to log in as a specific family member without the need of having to remember each and every single person's specific login credentials. For this to work you will simply need to make sure the proper family members are connected together under the Connected Contacts section on the profile or by making sure each family has at least one email address on their profile that they share in common with the other family members.
Fixed an issue with the social media URL links entered on email campaigns causing an error message to appear when attempting to send an email.
Fixed an issue with POS products that were made inactive still appearing on the POS page.
Fixed an issue with the print button on the MIA Maximizer not working when clicked.
Fixed an issue with not being able to send SMS messages via the New Member Maximizer.
Fixed an issue with memberships that have not started yet appearing on the Sessions Remaining Report.
Fixed an issue with the Expected Income on the dashboard displaying certain students twice.
Adjusted the Update CC/EFT payment method link to where when sent from a specific membership, the link will now ask them to enter in a payment method that coincides with the payment method set on the membership details.
Adjusted the Expected Income stat on the dashboard to now include scheduled payments on invoices for the month in it.
Adjusted the function of uploading pictures on a contact's profile for their profile picture to now allow you to upload an .HEIC file which the system will automatically change it to a .JPEG so it can be properly used.
🔥 Week 1 Updates 🔥
Timestamp filtration option on the Financial Transactions report 📈
With this new function you will now be able to filter your Financial Transactions report not only by specific days but also by specific times. This will be extremely useful when trying to match your batches/deposits to your financial reports in Spark or for clients that have multiple locations in Spark and have the franchise dashboard functionality enabled for them, you will be able to see how much was deposited into your bank account(s) collectively from multiple or all of your locations. For the timestamps themselves you will need to find when your batches are set to close if you don't already know it to effectively use this new function.
Fixed an issue with the contact match option in checkout pages not working.
Fixed an issue with sms messages being sent to contacts that were unchecked on the 'send to' page of the sms campaign.
Fixed an issue with checkout pages not adding a membership to a contact's profile for additional contacts that purchased one from same checkout page.
Fixed an issue with not being able to access/see documents on a contact's profile.
Fixed and issue with the Attendance by Roster report not displaying the correct number of classes a student has taken.
Fixed an issue with the 'emergency contact' wording on a form displaying the wrong text.
Fixed an issue with custom fields throwing an error message when reapplying it from one form element to another one.
Fixed an issue with not being able to select the in house payment option for a contact on the Spark Enrollment Kiosk.
Fixed a display issue where the email campaign showed more emails being sent to contacts than what were actually sent.
Fixed an issue with the Sales Tax report displaying the total sales tax to be charge on an invoice with scheduled payments instead of the tax amount to charge on a specific payment on the invoice.
Adjustment made on the Orders to Place report where we replaced the 'Picked Up' column with a 'Completed' column and buttons to manually mark an order as completed.
Adjusted the birthday widget on the dashboard to include contacts with the contact type 'Camper' & 'Staff/Employee'.
Adjusted he 'Today's Attendances' feature to now include a 'View All' button for the 'Need to See' field so you could much more easily see all your need to see contacts.
