πŸ”₯ Week 4 Updates πŸ”₯

New option to include the account logo on all emails sent through Spark πŸ“§

With this new option you will be able to choose whether you want to automatically include your logo on all of the emails sent through Spark or not no matter whether they're sent through an automation, a contact's profile, a mass action on a report, etc. You will be able to find this new option by going to your left side menu, Settings>General Settings, it will be the last checkbox on the right side of the page.

"Search Only Member" option added to the Spark Kiosk app πŸ“±

With this new function on the app you will be able to control whether you want your trial's names appear on the kiosk app or if you want them to be hidden. By turning this new option on, you will be able to make it where when your active students enter their name on the Kiosk app to check in, they will no longer have to scroll through a potentially long list of trials to find their profile making it much quicker and easier for them to check in for class. You will be able to find this new option by going to the settings page o the Spark Kiosk app and turning this option on:

Bug Fixes/Adjustment:

  • Fixed an error page on checkout pages when a purchase item is not properly set up with a membership.

  • Fixed an issue with the 'Last Seen' column on the All Contacts report displaying an incorrect number.

  • Fixed an issue with duplicate emails being sent to new prospects when they click on the submit button multiple times on a webform.

  • Fixed an issue with the Print Barcodes page not properly filtering the results by the rosters chosen.

  • Fixed an issues with the Sales Tax report no displaying the correct amount of taxes collected on a payment.

πŸ”₯ Week 3 Updates πŸ”₯

Credit Card Surcharge Column on the All Memberships Report πŸ“„

We have added a great new column and drop down on the All Memberships report which will now allow you to not only filter the report based on contacts that have the credit card surcharge function enabled or disabled on their membership but will also include a new column which will show you each individual membership that has it enabled or disabled as well so you could accurately keep track of which contacts are being charged to surcharge and who is not.

Bug Fixes/Adjustment:

  • Fixed an issue with an error message appearing when uploading a profile picture on a contact's profile.

  • Adjusted the automation groups to now include character length validation.

  • Adjusted the logo section on the General Settings page to now prevent logo images that are too big or too small from being uploaded.

  • Adjusted the SMS Day of/Day before appointment messages to now have character length validation.

  • Adjusted the cancellation function on profile pages to now include a character length validation.

  • Adjusted the dropdown in the Attendance to group rosters that occur on different days together instead of each day's class being displayed individually.

πŸ”₯ Week 2 Updates πŸ”₯

Ability to send SMS messages for tuition payment declines and expiring credit cards πŸ’¬

With this new feature you will now be able to build your own payment decline and expiring credit card SMS message template which will be sent out upon either of those actions happening. This could work as en extension of your payment decline and expiring credit card emails you may already have set up which will provide you with a much higher chance of your students viewing the message and taking action whether it be updating their payment method on file or simply paying the fees they owe. You could also use it as a standalone message that could be sent out without the email needing to be sent as well in case you don't want to be sending your students the same message twice on two different platforms. You will be able to find these SMS message template boxes by going to your left side menu, Settings>Memberships, clicking on the 'Settings' tab at the top of the page, and scrolling towards the bottom to where you will find the SMS fields under each of your email templates.

New option to be able to display the expired/inactive checkout pages on the Member App settings page

You will now be able to view your inactive and/or your expired checkout pages on the Member App checkout pages tab. This will take out the guess work of where certain checkout pages are on the list and why they are highlighted by a red border on the page. The red border around checkout pages signifies that the checkout page is either inactive or expired and not available for purchase on the app.

Additional interactive contact information for the Lead & Trial Maximizer πŸ“‘

We have added each prospect's contact information directly underneath their names on the page which will make it much easier to send out a quick message or email to a prospect without needing to perform multiple actions to do so.

πŸ”₯ Week 1 Updates πŸ”₯

New options for the "How many hours before do we stop allowing to book?" setting for the Online SchedulerπŸ”₯

We have been able to add more options to the "How many hours before do we stop allowing to book" setting in the calendar settings which will now allow you to prevent contacts from booking appointments before a certain amount of days. This will be perfect if you offer birthday parties and/or other events in your location that you may want to give yourself more time to set up for. You will be able to find this new option by going to your calendar settings and editing the appointment type of your choice. You will be able to prevent contacts from booking an appointment up to 15 days before the desired appointment date.

New options available when cancelling a membership ⚑

Three new options have been added to the cancel membership option on a student's profile which will now allow you to: remove all of the tags that the student has on their profile, remove the student from all of the rosters they are currently assigned to, and remove all of the student's future calendar appointments this way you or your staff members could have all those actions happen as soon as the membership is cancelled an not have to spend time performing these actions manually

Ability to schedule payments on existing unpaid or partially unpaid invoices πŸ’Έ

We have now added the option to schedule out payments on existing invoices that still have an outstanding balance that is still yet to have been paid. To perform this action you will simply need to open the invoice you want to schedule the payments for, click on the green 'Add Scheduled Payment' button, enter in the amount to charge, select the card you want to use for the payment, and lastly, click on the 'save' button. Please bear in mind that you will want to select a date in the future to schedule the payment otherwise if you select the current day, the system may not run the payment; For those cases you will want to charge the payment like regular.

New 'Use Reply To?' option on the General Settings πŸ“§

With this new option you will be able to choose if you want to change the 'send from' email address that appears on the emails you sent out to your contacts from Spark. When in use, your emails will appear to be sent from the email address: [email protected] however, any replies that are sent will be redirected back to email address you chose to send it from on the email draft itself.

Bug Fixes/Adjustment:

  • Fixed an issue with certain credit card swipers not auto-populating card information.

  • Fixed an issue with the birthday widget on the dashboard not populating the proper information.

  • Fixed an issue with the Belt Order pop up on the mass rank promotion not displaying the proper number of belts to order.

  • Adjusted the FacebookID field in the Member App settings to now work with generic Facebook page URLs.

  • Adjusted the 'Paid' checkbox on the Mass Rank Promotion page to now be checked off even if the system automatically checks that box on when a student pays their testing/registration fees on the connected checkout page.

  • Adjusted the Missing Digital Agreements report to now allow you to filter the imported contacts off the list and be able to filter out the students/memberships that are not visible on the SEK.

  • Adjusted the Member App push notification messages to automatically be marked as read upon replying to a message.

  • Adjusted the Ultimate Stats report appointment tracker chart to not include any appointment types listed as 'not tracked' in the number of appointments booked.
