πŸ”₯ Week 4 Updates πŸ”₯

New Email Digital Agreement Template & Email Re-Sign Digital Agreement Template options on the membership settings page πŸ“ƒ

You will now be able to edit/customize your digital agreement emails and have it include any content or display the wording of your choice. You will also be able to find the specific merge tags you could add onto your email body in the toolbox and rearrange on the email in the order of your choice. You will be able to find these new email templates by going to your left side menu, Settings>Memberships, clicking on the 'Settings' tab at the top of the page, and scrolling down until you find your email templates.


Ability to select which credit to use for a purchase through the POS πŸ’΅

With this option, when you choose to apply a credit amount to a POS purchase you will be able to choose which credit to use that can be helpful if you reserve certain credit amounts for other things such as membership payments. You will be able to find these new changes by going to your POS, add a contact to the invoice that has an active credit amount and click on the red 'Account Credit Available' banner like so:

Ability to choose how many Days, Weeks, or Months to move a membership expiration date forward after vacation πŸ“…

After placing a student on vacation and choosing to move their membership expiration forward, you will now be able choose options such as how many days, weeks, or months to move their expiration date forward that will make this process much easier than having to calculate the amount of days in X weeks or months.

New Ignite Birthday RSVP pages time picker for an event ⏰

This new option will allow you to add the specific start and end time for a birthday event which will be displayed at the top of the event rsvp page and also can be added to the email that will be sent to the contact after they rsvp using the {EVENT-DATE} and/or {EVENT-TIME} merge tags on the Waiver Email field of event details.

Bug Fixes/Adjustment:

  • Adjusted the social media icons that appear at the bottom of emails to only appear when they are sent from the email campaign.

  • Adjusted the mass SMS option to list the merge tags that can be used above the text box.

  • Adjusted the On Hold Memberships report to now have a bulk actions menu box at the bottom of the report.

  • Adjusted the Quit Memberships reports to include more columns providing more information on the contacts.

  • Adjusted the checkout page purchase email that is sent to students to include the description of the purchase item.

  • Fixed the Ultimate Stats report number of no shows for the period to match the number of contacts in the pop up box when clicked.

πŸ”₯ Week 3 Updates πŸ”₯

NEW Sorting button on the Membership Templates page πŸ†•

With this new option you will be able to control when you want to start sorting your templates on the page and when you want to finish doing so. This will prevent your templates from being accidentally moved when editing multiple of them at the same time.

Delete Recipient List option ❌

You will now be able to delete your saved recipient lists on your email/sms campaigns which will help you keep you dropdown of lists cleaner. To delete a recipient list you will simply need to start an email or sms campaign, on the select recipients page you will need to select the list you want to delete, upon selecting the list you will then see a 'Delete Selected Recipient' button appear on page which you can click to discard of the selected list.

Bug Fixes/Adjustment:

  • Fixed an issue with the purchasers list for checkout pages not fully loading up.

  • Fixed an issue on the Ultimate Stats report where contacts who booked an appointment for a month in the future appeared under the 'no show' field on the scoreboard.

  • Fixed an issue with memberships with when placing them on hold, it will not allow you to add a past date or date in the wrong format as the cancellation date.

  • Adjusted the online appointment scheduler groups to now provide you with the option to generate a QR code for the group of your choice.

πŸ”₯ Week 2 Updates πŸ”₯

NEW Wholesale price & Profit columns on the Items Sold Report πŸ’°

We have added two new columns to the Items Sold report which will further help you break down this financial report even more. The wholesale price column will show the price you paid for it based off of the number on the product or product variant settings. The Profit column will calculate the amount you gained off the item based off the purchase price and wholesale amount.

NEW option to mass send the membership agreement to be signed via SMS πŸ“

With this new option you will have the choice to ether mass send your students the link to sign their membership agreement via email or sms based on which option you feel will work best for your selected students. You will be able to find this new option by going to your left side menu, Reports>Missing Digital Agreements, selecting contacts from the list and scrolling to the bottom of the page where you will be able to find the 'Actions' button.

NEW purchase/paid amount columns on checkout page purchasers pop up πŸ’°

With the additions of these two columns, you will not only be able to see how much was paid by a contact on a checkout page but you will also be able to see how much how much was collected after any refunds having been performed on the invoice after the fact. This will help you understand the amount your students actually purchased the checkout page for versus the amount you collected from them in reality.

Bug Fixes/Adjustment:

  • Fixed an issue with when saving a cancelled membership reason text that is longer than 100 characters not allowing you to edit the profile.

  • Fixed an issue with not be able to add a payment option to a membership template that has either single or double quotations in the membership name.

  • Fixed an issue with the Last Night's Class Survey not redirecting students to the proper page after they selected a rating on the email.

  • Fixed an issue on Mass Rank Promotion pages where when merging two contacts together would cause the student to be listed twice on the roster.

  • Fixed an issue on Mass Rank Promotion pages to where when selecting multiple contacts and choosing the mass action to create a belt order for the selected contacts, it would automatically mark them as nominated.

  • Adjusted the staff login passwords to be case sensitive to increase security and further help prevent them from being compromised.


πŸ”₯ Week 1 Updates πŸ”₯

New staff permission to allow or prevent staff from being able to access and edit the Staff Time Slips report

With this new feature you will be able to control which staff members are able to access the Staff Time Slips report and which ones don't. Staff members no longer need to be able to access financials to have this report be made available to them so you will be able to control this report independently. You will be able to find this new permission by going to your left side menu, Settings>Staff Logins and editing the staff profile you want to update.

New ability for students to re-sign their membership agreements πŸ“

With the addition of this new feature you will be able to provide your students with the ability to re-sign their existing agreement without needing to go through the process of generating a brand new membership for them. If and when the membership agreement has been re-signed, a copy of each of their agreements will be stored under their 'Documents' tab on their profile for quick and easy access.

New option to send the link to sign the digital agreement via SMS πŸ’¬

We have added a new option under the 'Actions' menu for memberships where you will be able to send the link to sign for agreement via sms message which could work as a more viable method for some contacts.

Bug Fixes/Adjustment:

  • Fixed an issue with not being able to load over 100 attendances on the member app.

  • Fixed an issue with memberships being purchased via checkout pages were not automatically having the surcharge option turned on despite it being on in the settings.

  • Fixed an issue with purchases done through checkout pages adding a blank line in the invoice when an expired coupon was attempted to be used.

  • Fixed an issue with the net billing stat on the dashboard not properly categorizing new renewal memberships.

  • Fixed an issue with the Active Student count on the dashboard history not matching the number of active students listed on the Ultimate Stats report.

  • Fixed an issue with images sent via SMS message through Spark not appear on the recipients end.

  • Fixed an issue with SMS messages scheduled for a date/time in the future being sent immediately.

  • Fixed an issue with SKU numbers and POS items not being recognized on the POS page if it was longer than 15 characters.

  • Added a scroll bar in the Member App page.
