πŸ”₯ Week 4 Updates πŸ”₯

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with partial Stripe payments not displaying the correct payment amount on the invoice.

  • Fixed an issue with invoices showing an outstanding balance even thought the full invoice has been paid off.

  • Fixed an issue on Spark opt-in webforms adding a space at the end of the contact's email address when a contact chooses to pre-fill their information on the form.

  • Fixed an issue with checkout pages displaying an error message when purchasing a checkout page for multiple contacts.

  • Fixed an issue on calendar appointment types where the name for the online scheduler would not appear for clients that opened the scheduler link.

  • Fixed an issue with appointment scheduler links not displaying the name set up in the appointment type settings.

  • Adjusted the Add by Roster page to include an option to display contacts marked 'Other' as their contact type on a roster.

NEW Standalone Expired Memberships Report


With this new report you will be able to see all of your expired and expiring memberships all on one page as well as be able to export that content onto a csv and/or excel file. You will be able to find this report by going to your left side menu, Reports>Expired Memberships.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with adding an email template to an automation action step alternative message not auto-populating the subject line.

  • Fixed an issue on the Perfect Attendance Report giving an error message when filtering the report without any date range selected.

  • Fixed an issue with the system not creating a contact profile note when sending a contact an sms message from the Lead & Trial Maximizer.

  • Fixed an issue with the invoice headers not appearing correctly on the printout for the page.

  • Fixed an issue with the Digital Agreement email not correctly displaying the business name if it had any punctuation on it.

  • Fixed an issue with the university course banners being automatically copied over on the icon field when uploading one on a course.

  • Fixed an issue with when copying an automation it would also copy the automation group as well.

  • Adjusted the Members with App report to exclude family members of a member that is logged in from the report.

πŸ”₯ Week 2 Updates πŸ”₯

Specific Attendance Count Filter

With this new filter you will be able to choose to view students that only have a specific amount of classes taken between the date ranges selected. You will be able to find this new filter by going to your left side menu, Attendance>Attendance Counts.

Tag Filter on the Attendance Report

You will now be able to filter your Attendance Report by contacts that have specific tags. This can be very helpful if you group students in a specific age group with a tag and want to only focus on those contacts when go through your report. You will be able to find this new filter by going to your left side menu, Attendance>Attendance Report.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with EFT Accounts not being encrypted on the On Hold Memberships report.

  • Fixed an issue on the Scheduler_Print_Appointments page getting an error message when filtering by blank dates.

  • Fixed an issue on the All Contacts report with the list of checked contacts being automatically unchecked when clicking on the enter key.

  • Fixed an issue with uploading a new logo in Spark and it not appearing on emails you send afterwards.

  • Fixed an issue with email template subject lines not being not automatically being updated on automation action steps.

  • Fixed an issue with email templates not being added to emails being sent from the profile in the same font size and font type that appears on the email templates page.

  • Adjusted the 'Delete' option on the Add by Roster to now say 'Remove From Roster' clarify what that mass action will do.

  • Adjusted the Assign a Task and Assign a Reminder action steps to be merged into one action step. It will work the same the two did before with it assigning a task to a staff member.

  • Adjusted the Scan Barcode page to now open in it's own tab which will make it easy have students scan themselves in for class without them being able to access your account.

Add by Roster Adjustment πŸ“

We have made an impactful change to the Add by Roster page to where if you have a roster class that is full and have students that are assigned to certain rosters but are out for vacation, they can have their spot in the class be taken by other student(s) up until their vacation is over. This will allow you to keep your classes filled regardless of some students being out for a while. You will also be able to view a new stat on the Add by Roster page showing you how many students are out on vacation so you could get a better idea of how many spots you can temporarily for the time being.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with the Financial Transactions Report erroring out when trying to filter for date ranges longer than a month.

  • Fixed an issue with Apple Pay on checkout pages not charging the correct amount.

  • Fixed an issue with EFT payments for particular Bambora clients not being associated to an invoice.

  • Fixed an issue on Mass Rank Promotion pages where you couldn't filter the contact list by multiple filters and the print list button not working.

  • Fixed an issue with emails that contained a double quotation character in the subject line text not allowing you to preview the email body on a contact's profile.

  • Fixed an issue with contact's available account credit not appearing as available on the POS page.

  • Fixed an issue with appointment details email being sent to contacts again when a staff member adds a note to the appointment or made any other change to the appointment aside from the appointment time.

  • Fixed an issue with 'Amount Off' coupon codes not deducting the correct amount on checkout pages.

  • Fixed an issue with the email subject line set up under the digital agreement email template not being sent correctly when sending it from the 'Sign/Email digital agreement' page.

  • Fixed an issue with emails not looking properly centered on mobile view and all the content appearing shifted to the left of the page.

  • Fixed an issue with emails not appearing properly formatted on the Gmail app for mobile devices.

  • Fixed an issue with the email body text looking smaller on mobile devices when the email contained and email or video placeholder.

  • Adjusted the dashboard calendar to where it will now display the appointment type name on the list of appointments for a certain day. The title for the appointment will be listed in the pop up including the appointment details.

  • Adjusted the 'Appointments Expected' stat on the Ultimate Stats report to not include event type appointments in the list/number.

  • Adjusted the registration pages connected to mass rank promotion rosters to now allow multiple registrants to not only be allowed to be included on the same payment but will also be marked as 'paid' on the mass rank promotion roster.
