Payment Options Contact Stats
With this new update you will be able to find exactly how many contacts are under each specific payment option on a membership. By clicking on the number associated to each option you will be able to see the names of each student that make up that number.
Fixed an issue with when contacts re-sign a digital agreement, the system was not emailing out the latest version of the agreement to the contact.
Fixed an issue with account credits being subtracted from twice when making an account credit payment on an invoice and following up with it with a regular payment afterwards.
Fixed an issue with the Past Due Scheduled Payments on Invoices widget on the dashboard displaying all invoices, past due or not.
Fixed an issue with the Financial Transactions on Categories report with the pie chart not displaying correct information.
Adjusted checkout pages to not update the DOB on a contact's profile that already has a date listed on it.
Fixed an issue with the Attendance Report not being sorted based on class time as well as class date.
Adjusted Ignite specific landing pages to allow Sparktans to update the text next to the images on page.
🔥 Week 2 Updates 🔥
Checkout Page Auto-Redirect to Digital Agreement Page
With this new change in the software you will be able to make it to where a contact gets automatically redirected to the digital agreement screen after they sign up for a membership/program on a checkout page taking the guess work out of what to do after completing their payment. For this to work you will first need to make sure you have an agreement set up under your membership template(s), after that you will need to scroll down the General Settings for your checkout page and ensure that you have both the 'Skip Thank You Page' and 'Sign Digital Agreement' checkboxes turned on in the settings. That's it! Your new online signups will be automatically be sent to the agreement screen after their purchase helping reduce the amount of unsigned agreements you would have to get signed.
New Payment Collection Picker for Memberships on Checkout Pages
With this new addition to the system, you will be able to select which payment collection method you want your student's memberships to be set as after they sign up for a membership through a checkout page. You will be able to choose from: Autocharge Credit Card/EFT, In House, & Paid in Full. For the Autocharge Credit Card/EFT collection method, the system will base the payment type to set for the membership on which payment method was used for the down payment paid through the checkout page.
Fixed an issue on the staff logins page with not having validation on the first and last names.
Fixed an issue on opt in webforms with not being able to access the settings page for a webform.
Fixed an issue with getting logged out when trying to move a contact from one location to another.
Fixed an issue with contacts not having their connected family members appear on their profile.
Fixed an issue with cancellation dates on memberships appearing a day before than what was selected if using the Brisbane time zone on the account.
Fixed an issue with the sorting option for membership Payment Options not appearing in the correct order as set up.
Fixed an issue with the Barcode Labels page not displaying the barcode labels for connected family members on a membership.
Fixed an issue on the Print Barcodes screen with inactive memberships appearing on the page.
Fixed an issue with not being able to add a former member on a mass rank promotion roster.
Fixed an issue with Form/Survey submission export files not properly separating the columns on file.
Adjusted the Staff Logins page to now include validation on the staff member's name and email.
🔥 Week 1 Updates 🔥
Attendance Deletion Logs
With this new addition to the system you will be able to see who deleted an attendance from a contact's profile as well as when the attendance took place. You will be able to find these logs on the contact profile timelines and on the Staff Activity Log report.
Staff Login Change Log
You will now be able to track every change made to a staff member's login settings within the staff member's login profile. The option to view the change logs can be found at the bottom of the staff member's profile.
Fixed an issue with when leaving the date field blank on the Scan Barcode page causing an error message to appear.
Fixed an issue when printing invoices, fields would overlap each other.
Fixed an issue with when applying an incorrect coupon code to a manual checkout pages purchase, the error message would not appear.
Fixed an issue with invoice notes not being visible to contacts that have the link to the invoice page.
Fixed an issue with the university course module drag and drop function not working on mobile/tablet devices.
Fixed an issue on checkout page purchase item settings, if adding a date on the purchase item name settings with a weekday name before the date, the system would automatically change the name to show just the date.
Fixed an issue with with opt in forms where if a contact completed an opt in form submission but added a space at the end of their email, their name would not be sent to Spark.
Fixed an issue on checkout pages where if two or more contacts are signing up for memberships on the same purchase, only the primary on the purchase would have the tags and rosters associated to their profile.
Added options to mass add/remove tags on the All Memberships report.
Added options to mass email, text, tag, and send push notification on the Contacts Without Picture report.
Added logs for when a rank promotion page is associated to a checkout page.
