New features and updates for April are here! Check out these awesome new features that we have added from the awesome suggestions you have been making to help improve Spark!

πŸ”₯ Week 4 Updates πŸ”₯

Contact Type Filter on MIA Maximizer

With this new addition to the MIA Maximizer you will be able to filter your report to show you which Students that have not been in class for a certain amount of time to now being able see which Trials have not been attending classes either in cases where you have your On a Trial contacts attend regular classes. You will be able to find this new toggle at the top of the MIA Maximizer as depicted in the image below:

Change Logs for Membership Templates

You will now be able to see which changes and adjustments have been made to membership templates by going to the bottom of your membership templates page and clicking on the 'Show Change Logs' button as depicted in the image below. This new button will make it much easier to find not only which contact made certain changes to a membership template but also when the changes were made. Please note that changes will only be logged starting from the addition of this new feature, changes in the past will not be reflected on there. You will be able to find this button by going to your left side menu, Settings>Memberships, editing the membership template of your choice, and scrolling to the bottom of the page.

Change Logs for Product Inventory

We have added new logs for adjusting inventory for products/product variants on the Staff Activity Report & Product Settings page. In these logs you will be able to find exactly who updated the quantity on hand for a specific item and/or variants. You will also be able to find the new and old figures which can help you find any mistakes or rectify any discrepancies. The logs will appear like in the image below:

Staff Filter on the Financial Transactions Report

With this new addition to the Financial Transactions report you will be able to filter your report to show you which invoices were rung up by certain staff memberships and how much they were able to charge in total for the date frame of your choice. You will be able to find this new filter by going to your left side menu, Reports>Financial Transactions.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue on mobile/tablets where when on the university courses page, if you scroll down through the courses section the system will attempt to drag and drop the courses instead of letting you scroll through them.

  • Fixed an issue with the tuition payment past due pop on student's profiles showing the same invoice twice.

  • Fixed an issue with the 'Invoices/Payments' tab on contact profiles where when clicking on the 'Show all', 'Only Paid', & Only Unpaid' tabs separately, the number of invoices at the top left of the tab does not change to reflect the correct amount of invoices.

  • Fixed an issue with apostrophes in global merge tags added to the CC Update link preventing you from sending that email to a contact via their profile.

  • Fixed an issue with the Cancelled Memberships report not reflecting the correct cancelled dates for memberships.

  • Fixed an issue with duplicate profiles being created for existing contacts when they are being added as an additional purchasers on a checkout page.

  • Fixed an issue with not being able to create recurring appointments on the calendar when adding a set 'Repeats Until' date.

  • Fixed an issue when adding POS packages to a purchase, items not on the package that were being added to the cart would be discounted as well.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with opening invoices and it showing an error message.

  • Fixed an issue with the 'Send From' business name on emails not being properly encoded and showing random text in place of an apostrophe.

  • Fixed an issue on the POS where you will be able to complete a purchase without entering in a valid payment date.

  • Fixed an issue with not being able to log an action on the Lead & Trial Maximizer for specific contacts.

  • Added character validation on the Quit Reasoning box when changing a contact to Former Member.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with the Current Ranks report not displaying the correct stripe eligibility for students.

  • Fixed an issue with the Referral Report not properly filtering by membership start date.

  • Fixed an issue with deleting appointments and not having them be removed from the Spark calendar.

  • Fixed an issue with the 'Start Over' button on the appointment maximizer not working as intended.

  • Fixed an issue with automation groups not showing the option to edit them when they are created via a share code.

  • Fixed an issue on checkout pages with the 'Order Completed' message not appearing for contacts that purchased the checkout page.

  • Fixed an issue on checkout pages where when entered via a share code from a different location, it would no transfer over product descriptions.

  • Fixed an issue with with mobile phone number fields on forms/surveys being made required despite them not being marked as required on the form settings.

  • Fixed an issue with checkout pages not allowing you to edit them.

  • Fixed an issue with appointment confirmation emails being sent twice to a contact when only should have been sent.

  • Fixed an issue with form radio groups not saving the answer/options text when mapping it to a custom field.

  • Fixed an issue with tags where when a tag is deleted it will be automatically removed from each contact's profile.

  • Adjusted the checkout page settings where on the Branding & Theme field, we will only show the option to upload an image field unless that option is selected.

  • Adjusted the CC year field to 2023 on checkout pages.


πŸ”₯ Week 1 Updates πŸ”₯

NEW Options for 'Matching Profiles' pop up for Forms/Surveys

With this new setting you will be able to choose between allowing the system to display the 'Contact Found In Our System' pop up only when both the full name and email address match an existing contact in the database or display that pop up when just the email address entered on the form matches an existing profile(s) in the database. You will be able to find this new setting in the form's general settings.

NEW Options for choosing which set of email addresses to send a campaign to

With these new options you will be able to choose whether you want to send an email campaign to all or only certain email address' on a contact's profile. You will be able to find these checkboxes above the 'To Send' list on the last step of the email campaign.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with the video placeholder feature on emails not allowing videos to be added on the email body.

  • Fixed an issue with the SMS Day Before messages not being sent out.

  • Fixed an issue with sms/emails not being sent at the correct when being scheduled via an automation for AU locations.

  • Fixed an issue when adding a membership to a contact's profile not allowing you to save your progress when selecting the Bank Draft payment method.

  • Fixed an issue on the Image Manager with not being create brand new folders.

  • Fixed an issue with using share codes for forms & checkout pages not working when a dash on the code is removed.

  • Fixed an issue on checkout pages where a contact signed up for a membership on a checkout page, it would fire off prospect automations for the contact despite them being a member.

  • Fixed an issue with unsubscribed emails still having emails be sent to them through Spark.

  • Fixed an issue with automation action steps firing off twice for contacts within a day apart.

  • Fixed an issue with not being able to properly edit/create payment options for memberships via the Membership Templates page.

  • Fixed an issue for the Ultimate Stats where if a camper/after-schooler contact type was made former, we will not count them as a member lost unless those contact types are being considered as Active Members in the General Settings.

  • Adjusted shared automations where they will no longer be shared onto an account and be made active by default. They will now be defaulted as inactive when adding a shared automation to your location.

  • Adjusted Ignite RSVP lists to now allow you to sort the list by name or registration date.
