🔥 Week 4 Updates 🔥
Franchise Location option on Email Campaign
With this new function you will have the ability to send an email campaign to contacts in multiple franchise locations at once. You will be able to find this option on the recipients list step on an email campaign underneath the 'Choose Contact Type' dropdown. If you choose to send an email to multiple locations, the email campaign will be reflected in each location's email campaign list alongside the list of contacts the email was sent to in that location for logging purposes.
Fixed an issue with rank promotion certificates where the merge tag for rank size will not appear on the certificate if the size is set to 0.
Fixed an issue with the custom fields on checkout pages not appearing as a column on the export file.
Fixed an issue with the 'Update Credit Card' link displaying the 'membership past due' text even when a student's membership is not past due.
Fixed an issue with forms shared from other locations appearing blank when editing them.
Fixed the search bar on the New Member Maximizer.
Fixed an issue with the send from business name on email being sent from the All Memberships report including '+' signs on the spaces between the name.
Fixed an issue with the filters on mass rank promotion rosters not working properly.
Fixed an issue with the 'Expire Date' filter on the All Memberships report timing out the page when filtering for September 2023.
Adjusted the 'Add Comment' box on the tasks tab on contact profiles to be more clear.
Adjusted the 'Place on Hold' option on memberships to now include the option to move the membership expiration forward.
🔥 Week 3 Updates 🔥
You now have the Ability to adjust the text for the Refer-A-Friend buttons that clients see on the referral page. You will be able to view these changes by going to your left side menu, Settings>Refer-a-Friend
You will also have the ability to choose which email address(s) receive the Refer-a-friend notification email by going to the Left Side Menu, Setting>Notifications.
Changes to the Update Payment Method Link Email.
You will now have the ability to send contacts an update payment method link that can affect all the memberships on a profile. You would just go to the contacts profile, click on send update payment method link and make sure to toggle on Link payment method to all Memberships
Scheduled Emails update
Scheduled emails will now show you the time and date for when the email will send instead of how many days till it sends
Fixed an issue with the Enrollment Kiosk not attaching the payment method to the membership if a down payment is not paid through the kiosk page.
Fixed an issue with the admin fees paid through the member app not appearing under the correct income category on the Transactions by Category report.
Fixed an issue with the membership start date not being correctly added to a membership when the membership was started from the member app.
Fixed an issue with the member app settings checkboxes not remaining checked after going to another page and going back.
🔥 Week 2 Updates 🔥
Update Credit Card Email Template
With this new email template you will be able to choose your specific email subject line and email body text that you want your students to be sent when they need to update their card on their membership/profile. You will be able to find this new template by going to your left side menu, Point of Sale Settings>Settings.
Tax Toggle for Down Payments on the SEK
With the inclusion of this new toggle you will be able to choose whether you want tax(s) to be applied to down payments being processed through the Spark Enrollment Kiosk or not. This toggle will be found under the Spark Enrollment Kiosk Settings section on each membership template which will allow you to toggle those taxes on and off for each individual membership template.
Fixed an issue with webforms creating duplicate profiles for contacts that enter the same information on the form.
Fixed an issue with the refer-a-friend links not automatically redirecting new referrals to the proper page automatically.
Fixed an issue with the Update CC Email option at the bottom of contact profiles not connecting the new card to the proper membership.
Fixed an issue with checkout pages allowing contacts to be added to rosters that are booked up after signing up for a membership.
Adjusted the Roster Report to include students that checked in for a class on the drop down list including students that are assigned to the class.
Adjusted the dashboard for staff members that have the Spark Lite function enabled for them to now include the 'Today's Attendance' tab at the top of their page.
Added a new option on the member app settings page to allow clients to choose whether you want to allow students to remove themselves from rosters or not.
🔥 Week 1 Updates 🔥
NEW Date Field Form Element
This new block will allow contacts to easily select dates in the places you'd like them to. You will be able to find this new block under the 'Additional Fields' drop down in the toolbox.
Time and Date Pop Up for Scheduled Emails
When you hover over the send date next to a scheduled email on the Email Campaign page, you will be able to see exactly what time the email will be sent out at in case you ever forget.
Customize Your Checkout Page Thank You Page Button Text and Headlines
With this new adjustment you will be able to choose the wording for your Appointment Scheduler, Intake Form, and Digital Agreement buttons and headlines on the thank you page which will help you further personalize your checkout pages
Fixed an issue with signed digital agreements not appearing under a student's membership after it is signed.
Fixed an issue with students not being sent a notification when a class size is changed and more class spots are opened.
Fixed an issue with late fees not being applied to invoices automatically when creating them manually through the POS.
Fixed an issue with membership checkout page purchases done through the member app not factoring in the amount to finance on the agreement.
Fixed an issue with inactive staff members appearing under the 'Instructors' drop down on the Add by Roster page.
Fixed an issue with multiple SMS messages being sent through the rank promotion list page when sending it through the mass actions menu.
Fixed the missing scrollbar issue on the sms logs page and tab on contact profiles.
Fixed an issue with additional participants added on a rank promotion registration checkout page not being marked as paid on the mass rank promotion roster.
Fixed an issue on the 'Tasks' stat at the top of contact profiles not showing accurate information.
Adjusted Spark appointments to send a cancellation notification email to staff members responsible for certain appointments.
Adjusted the Refer-a-Friend function to now send emailed notifications to email addresses added under the 'New Referral Added' block in the Notifications page.
Adjusted the Tasks function to display the creation date as well as which days the task will repeat on.
