π₯ Week 4 Updates π₯
NEW Contacts Without Attendance Report
With this new report you will be able to view everyone that has either not taken a class between specific date ranges or that has never attended any classes. You will have the options to filter this report by contact types as well as being able to print/export the report in case you would like it saved on your device or would like a physical copy of it. You will be able to find this report by going to your left side menu, Attendance>Contacts Without Attendance.
NEW options for printing membership labels
We have added three new options when printing membership labels for your contacts. You will now be able to choose whether you want to include: The membership/program expiration date, contact picture, and/or the membership name on the barcode label so you will be able to customize them to your liking. You will be able to view this new update by going to your left side menu, Attendance>Print Barcodes. If you don't see that option on your left side menu you will need to enable the Print Barcode labels option in your account by simply going to your left side menu, Settings>Attendance.
Bug Fixes/Adjustments:
Fixed an issue with the email editor toolbar not appearing in the email body when using Spark on a tablet or smaller device.
Fixed an issue with the 'Ranks with most quits' chart on the Ultimate Stats report not showing correct data based on membership quit date.
Fixed an issue with the 'Documents' tab on student profiles showing a blank screen when clicking to view an uploaded file.
Fixed an issue with registration pages connected to rank promotions placing contacts on a rank system if they were not already on the rank system that is assigned to the connected promotion roster.
Fixed an issue with a date format error appearing when scheduling payments for an invoice via the POS.
Fixed an issue with the DOB entered in by an existing contact on a checkout page not being saved on their profile as intended.
Fixed an issue with the 'Stripe Eligibility' indicator not appearing on the Add by Roster for students eligible for a new stripe.
Fixed an issue on Forms/Surveys where the option to 'Show Undo/Clear Fields on Signature Pad' checkbox was being automatically unchecked.
Fixed an issue with the Child Care Deduction report not consistently showing the eligible contacts based on the settings in the report.
Fixed an issue on the university lessons page where the 'Make Content Available On' date was giving an error message.
Fixed an issue on the Lead & Trial/New Member Maximizers where they would still include contacts that did not have the proper tags assigned to them when filtering the reports to only include contacts with specific tags.
Fixed an issue with the image manager giving error messages when trying to access it or trying to interact with it.
Fixed an issue with the Print Barcode labels not including student profile pictures even when selected to do so.
Fixed an issue with the 'Something went wrong' error message appearing when trying to print student membership barcode labels.
Adjusted the Ultimate Stats 'New Members Vs Former Members' chart to where you could now click on the figures for each dates to view the list of contacts that number is comprised of.
Adjusted the 'Inactive Member' contact type to read as 'Former Member - Still Paying' for better clarity.
Adjusted the 'Edit Contact' page to now include date pickers for the: Entered, Date of Birth, and ATA Membership Expires fields.
Added better security on checkout page links to where contacts will not be able to simply replace their contactID on the URL with someone else's.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:
Fixed an issue with the Attendance Counts report displaying students in the incorrect rank system.
Fixed an issue with not being able to save additions/adjustments made on unpaid invoices.
Fixed an issue with newly signed digital agreements not being placed on the 'Documents' tab on a contact's profile.
Fixed an issue with the 'Is Attended Item' and 'Has Shipping' options on checkout pages where even on the off state, they would still include the columns for the options on the purchasers list.
Fixed an issue with the Ultimate Stats report taking several minutes to load.
Fixed an issue with students being marked as ' Past Due' on the Add by Roster page even when they were caught up on payments.
Fixed an issue on the Add by Roster page with students appearing with more 'Authorized to pick up/drop off' contacts than they should.
Adjusted the placeholder text for the 'Parent Names' field on contact profiles.
Added character limit for redirect URL text box on the Forms/Surveys page.
Adjusted the Remove Tags box on contact profile page to now display the 'Remove Tags' button at all times making it easier to access.
Added character limit on the Marketing Source Details box when creating a profile in the POS.
Added character count for appointment titles.
Adjusted the 'Add Surcharge for Memberships?' to work with memberships being signed up through the Enrollment Kiosk.
π₯ Week 2 Updates π₯
EFT autoCharge Email Template
We have added an email template for EFT autoCharge payments which you will be able to find by going to your left side menu, Settings>Memberships, clicking on the 'Settings' tab at the top of the page, and scrolling down the page until you find the fields as shown in the image below. Much like the regular autoCharge email template, you will be able to customize the verbiage on the email subject line and body to your liking and you will also have access to merge tags that are specific to this email template in the email body toolbox. This email will then be sent out to your contacts every time an EFT tuition/membership payment is charged. If you prefer to not send these emails, you could leave the subject line and email body blank.
Example:
Scheduled Payments on Invoice Receipts Email Template
With the inclusion of this new email template you will be able to choose whether you want an emailed receipt to be sent out to your contacts every time a scheduled payment on an invoice is charged. This could make it much easier for contacts to keep track of the payments they are making on items outside of their regular membership payments. You will be able to find this new email template by going to your left side menu, Point of Sale Settings>Settings, and scrolling to the bottom of the page. To opt out of sending these emails, simply leave the subject line and email body fields blank.
New Setting for Contact Type Automatic Change
You will now be able to choose whether you want your contact's contact type to be changed upon their membership being created or have it change once their membership starts. This setting will be very important as it will affect when your automations based on contact type start firing off for contacts as well as affecting when your contacts start being counted for on your New Member, On a Trials, etc. stats. You will be able to find this setting by going to your left side menu, Settings>Memberships, clicking on the 'Settings' tab at the top of the page, it will be near the top of the page underneath the Trials settings. Please make sure that after you click on the checkbox to click on the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page to save your change.
Bug Fixes/Adjustments:
Fixed an issue with adding video placeholders on emails not working properly with embed codes.
Fixed an issue with rosters appearing in random order on checkout page 'Thank you' pages where contacts could choose which roster(s) they want to add themselves to.
Fixed an issue with not being able to send emails to contacts from the POS page.
Fixed an issue on Mass Rank Promotion pages where the 'Select Contacts Updated' option was not selecting anyone on the roster.
Fixed an issue with the information on the rows in exported financial transaction reports being shifted to the right causing issues with the columns not matching up with the proper information.
Fixed an issue with no logs being added to purchase items when the price of a membership is changed on the membership template settings and set to update on the checkout page.
Fixed an issue with credit card swipers not adding the card information in the proper fields when swiping a card on the POS and invoice pages.
Added validation on emergency contact fields on contact profiles.
Added validation on the dashboard calendar reschedule appointment fields.
Made adjustments to the Add by Roster to improve speed/loading times
Adjusted the 'tags' field on contact profiles to make it easier to assign the tags after selecting them from the drop down without having to first click on the edge of the popup to access the save button.

'Select All' option added for emails being sent through contact profiles
With this new addition you will be able to choose to send an email to multiple email addresses a contact has on file, just one specific address, or all of the email addresses on file with a click of a button. This will make it much quicker and easier to send information to multiple parents or family members at once and takes the hassle of having to repeat the same process multiple times off of your hands.
Bug Fixes/Adjustments:
Fixed an issue with student's memberships not being changed to inactive when the contact is changed to former.
Fixed an issue with updating payment methods for scheduled payments on invoices updating the payment method for all remaining payments even when that option is not selected.
Fixed an issue with the 'Print Contacts' option on checkout pages not including additional contacts on the list.
Fixed an issue with orders not being removed from the 'Orders to Place' report after it is marked as completed and the page refreshes.
Fixed an issue with not being able to connect family member's profiles together when choosing to connect them on the profile page.
Fixed an issue with the 'Something Went Wrong' message appearing when trying to email a contact their membership agreement to be signed.
Fixed an issue with not being able to to edit rank system names that contain double quotations.
Fixed an issue with time staff time slips showing clock in/clock out times an hour earlier than what it should have been.
Fixed an issue with not being able to upload an image to be used for member app home screen announcement banners.
Fixed an issue with not being able to remove contacts from rosters from the Roster Report page.
Fixed an issue with the Contacts Stay chart on the Ultimate Stats report not exporting all of the information.
Adjusted staff permissions to allow staff members that have the ability to view all non financial related reports to be able to access the expired memberships report.
Adjusted the Add by Roster page to open contact profile pages in new tab by default when a contact's name is clicked on or the option to view a contact's profile is selected.
Adjusted the Update Payment Method link to include an dropdown for contacts to select whether their payment method is for a checking or savings account.
Adjusted the SMS Logs to include the failure reason (if any) underneath the message status.
