🔥 Week 4 Updates 🔥
Fixed an issue with not being able to send SMS messages through the Add by Roster page.
Fixed an issue with not being able to connect family members together via the profile page.
Fixed an issue with not being able to edit POS packages via the Point of Sale page.
Fixed an issue with deleted contacts still appearing on the Current Ranks Report.
Fixed an issue with the Follow-Up Today count on the Lead & Trial Maximizer displaying a higher number than what the contact list was showing.
Fixed an issue with multiple email notifications being sent to staff for the same incoming member app messages.
Fixed an issue with reopened/rescheduled time slots on the calendar keeping the notes of the contact that previously occupied that slot.
Fixed an issue with not being able to filter Mass Rank Promotion rosters by both status and eligibility.
Fixed an issue with Inactive Students not being automatically filtered out from Mass Rank Promotion rosters.
Fixed an issue with 'Assign a Task/Reminder' action steps on automations not showing the correct date for when it last fired off.
Fixed an issue with the 'Save Recipient List' option on Email Campaigns not including validation for character count.
Fixed an issue with the membership history on student profiles displaying text saying 'Membership Created' instead of 'Changes Made' when a change in the membership was made or when a payment failed.
Fixed an issue with students being flagged as past due on the Add by Roster page before their membership payment date has passed.
Added option above the In House membership email template to send staff (that are opted in) the In House payments email even when there is nothing that was processed for the day.
Added option on contact search bar to be able to search contacts by the last 4 of their phone number.
Added logs for invoice changes/payments that have been manually ran by staff members.
Added option in the Email Campaign to be able to choose individual After Schoolers to send an email to.
Added option under the Class Credit Remaining stat to be redirected to a report where you will be able to mass email, text, or message contacts on the member app as well as being able to export or print the report.

Fixed an issue with not being able to add memberships to certain student's profiles.
Fixed an issue with the signed digital agreement link that is sent out to students not working as intended.
Fixed an issue with an error message appearing when trying to replace a family membership.
Fixed an issue with the admin fee amount appearing incorrectly on invoices generated from the member app.
Fixed an issue with images not appearing on page builder sites that are published under a sub folder.
Fixed an issue with users being sent to an error page when trying to set a 'current rank' for contacts through the Current Ranks Report without adding a rank earned date.
Fixed an issue with the print barcodes option on student profiles not including the student's picture when selecting the barcode option(s) specifically meant to include the students picture.
Adjusted the New Lead email to say: "This lead was re-submitted via your website." when a former contact existing in the database opts back in.
🔥 Week 2 Updates 🔥
NEW Last Seen Report
This report will act as a simpler version of the MIA Maximizer so if you prefer a more basic view over the contacts that have not attended classes in a while, this report will be the perfect for you. The report will only include: the name of the contact, their last attendance/seen date, & their contact type. You will be able to filter this report based on the date ranges of your choice as well as being able to sort by first name or last name while also having the option to print and exporting the results. You will be able to find this report by going to your left side menu, Attendance>Last Seen Report.
NEW Absent Report
With this new report you will be able to gather a list of students that were marked as absent through their profile on a specific day(s). You will be able to find this report by going to your left side menu, Attendance>Absent Report. *Please note that the system will only display absent logs starting this week moving forward*
Fixed an issue with the email subject line not being automatically added when attempting to send a mass email using an existing email template to a list of checkout page purchasers.
Fixed an issue with SMS campaign contact type filter only including 'Starred' contacts when filtering to include each individual contact type in the To Send list.
Fixed an issue with the In House invoice emails not having been sent to certain students on their membership payment due date.
Fixed an issue with styling hyperlinks on emails to make them either a red or green button not working properly.
Fixed an issue with contacts signing up for Trial Memberships being changed to Active Student on the membership start date.
Fixed an issue with removing attachments from automation action step emails not actually removing them from the email preview.
Fixed an issue with the Enrollment Kiosk staying stuck in the 'working' status when trying to add a membership for a contact.
Fixed an issue with university lessons forcing clients to save the lesson launch date twice when trying to add an attachment to it.
Fixed an issue with the Latest Contact Activity widget on the dashboard appearing blank when there should have been actions appearing under it.
Fixed an issue with duplicating/sharing a checkout page not keeping the same background image as the original.
Re-added the 'Inactive Member' contact type back into the software.
Removed the 'Create Account' option from the Roster Embed option temporarily while it's being worked on.

Fixed an issue with certain contact names not appearing when trying to search for them on the calendar appointment contact fields.
Fixed an issue with the 'Save' button on the forms/surveys settings page not working when clicked.
Fixed an issue with the All Contacts report not displaying the complete list of tagged students when filtering the report by contact type and specific tags.
Fixed an issue with pdf files attached to university course lessons not being accessible by contacts on the university webpage or member app.
Fixed an issue with the contact type change date being updated on a contact's profile after a profile is merged with it.
Fixed an issue with not being able to upload contact profile photos on certain profiles.
Fixed an issue with not being able to access the 'Link' tab on page builder block settings or being able to save your changes.
Fixed an issue with the DOB not being saved on existing contact profiles when entered in via a form submission or online checkout page purchase.
