Step 1 - Requesting Your Export
Email ASF's support team at [email protected] to request your export. Please use the following template:
Hey,
I'd like to request an entire export of my database to be sent to
Spark Membership LLC at [email protected], David Spark.

Step 2 - Completing the Export Form
ASF will ask you to confirm your request and send you an export form to fill out. Please be sure to include the following details:
New provider: Spark Membership LLC
Contact name: David Spark
Contact email: [email protected]
Step 3 - Import into Spark
Once ASF processes your request and sends us your data, we will import it into your Spark account. You will be notified via email upon completion.

How long does the export take? Once ASF processes your request they'll send an email to both of us to discuss when we'd like it sent to our team.
How long does the import into Spark take? Once we receive the data, it'll be imported within 2 business days.
Is there a free export option? We don't currently offer a free export guide for ASF. If you'd like us to manually export for you, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will walk you through the process.
