🔥 Week 4 Updates 🔥
Fixed an issue with not being able to print mailing labels starting on any label number after 1.
Fixed an issue with the 'Expired Trials' tab on the Lead & Trial Maximizer having issues loading when there are several hundred contacts to load at a time.
Fixed an issue with the 'Save Filter' option on the All Contacts page not allowing to save your progress after typing in the name of the saved filter.
Fixed an issue with POS product/variant inventory not being properly deducted from when adding items that are discounted at 100% and saving the invoice instead of clicking on the 'Pay' button.
Fixed an issue with the Email Campaign page allowing to send duplicates of the same email without any double confirmation for the action being taken.
Fixed an issue with the 'Credit Available' notification not appearing for contacts that have account credits ready to be used through the POS page.
Fixed an issue with forms/surveys creating duplicate profiles for contacts that have an apostrophe in their name and not allowing them to select their name from the matching contacts pop up.
Added a new sort option on the Current Stripes Report to allow you to sort by 'Number of Stripes' which will group together contacts that have the same number of stripes in a rank in ascending order.
Added calendar appointment creation/change logs at the bottom of the appointment details pop up and at the bottom of the appointment type pages
🔥 Week 3 Updates 🔥
New First Attendance Report
You will now be able to quickly and easily generate a report of your contact's first attendance dates between the date ranges of your choice. The report will also allow you to filter by contact type and provide you with the options to export the data onto a spreadsheet for referencing purposes. You will be able to find this report by going to your left side menu, Attendance>First Attendance Report
New SMS Credits Usage Report
With this new report you will be able to able to take an in depth view as to where your sms usage has been coming from during the date ranges of your choice. In addition to this, you will also be able to filter the report to show you either your incoming or outgoing messages as well as being to view from which source those sms messages are being sent from, ie: appointment reminders, automation sms messages, sms campaign, etc. You will be able to find this report by going to your left side menu, Communication Center>SMS Credits Usage Report.
New Cancel if Action for When a Contact Messages In Via SMS
We have now added a new cancel if action in automation action steps that will allow you to choose to skip an action step(s) from firing out for a contact if they have messaged into the school already. This may been useful in conserving sms credits and being able to make the sign up process for a prospect run a lot smoother. You will be able to find this new option at the bottom of your automation action step settings page as shown in the image below:
Fixed an issue with not being able to make changes on existing memberships unless there was a payment option selected in the membership details page.
Fixed an issue on the 'Send Update Payment Method Link' email with the checkboxes for CC and EFT not working as intended.
Fixed an issue with push notification campaigns appearing as having been sent immediately to contacts within their profile despite the campaign having been scheduled to be sent in the future.
Fixed an issue with cancelled push notification campaigns still being sent out to contacts.
Fixed an issue with cancelling a contact's trial membership resulting in the contact being changed to a former student instead of formerly on a trial.
Fixed an issue with forms/surveys changing the home country in a contact's profile to United States despite the country selected having been set as United Kingdom.
🔥 Week 2 Updates 🔥
New Quit Contacts Dashboard Widget
With this new widget you will be able to see the list of students who quit within the entirety of the current month with an option to view a full report of quits at the bottom of the block.
Membership Template Duplication Option
We have added an option in the Membership Templates page that will allow you to duplicate your existing membership templates. This can make it much easier to set up multiple membership templates with similar settings without having to spend time creating each and every one from scratch. You will be able to find this new option by navigating to your left side menu, Settings>Memberships, clicking on the 'Actions' drop down to the right of a membership template and clicking on the 'Duplicate' button as depicted in the image below:
Fixed an issue with the POS not automatically selecting the proper product variant information when selecting a specific product size/option from the POS dropdown.
Fixed an issue with the member app announcements edit page allowing .gif images to be used for announcement headers.
Fixed an issue with Mass Rank Promotion page not properly sorting by current rank lowest to highest or highest to lowest while filtered to only show students in a specific status as well.
Fixed an issue with forms/surveys not populating existing contact information when being auto-redirected to it from a different Spark form.
Adjusted the 'Payment Receipt/Payment Failure Notification Send to Emails' fields in the membership details page to not only send the payment receipts to the email address(s) of your choice but it will now also send the payment failure emails to the email address(s) selected as well.
Added a new form field in the 'Forms/Surveys' settings page where you will be able to capture an additional email address from contacts. It will be found in the toolbox under the title: Email Address 2
🔥 Week 1 Updates 🔥
Fixed an issue with the appointment sms reminders occasionally being sent out after the appointment time had already elapsed.
Fixed an issue with not being able to assign an automation to an automation group when the automation is a duplicate of another one or was shared from a different account.
Fixed an issue with marking an attendance from the profile not being logged properly when attempting to add the attendance date missing certain information or entered in using the incorrect format.
Fixed an issue on the email campaign when trying to create a recipient list not working when trying to save a recipient list title that has an apostrophe in the text.
Fixed an issue with profile pages not loading for staff members that had an apostrophe in their name.
Fixed an issue with the POS occasionally not deducting inventory from items set to track quantities after making a purchase for a contact.
Fixed an issue with students appearing as past due on their memberships a day before their due date on the Add by Roster page.
Fixed an issue with rosters that are no longer available still appearing on student's profiles who were assign to the class.
Fixed an issue with not being able to delete scheduled payment from invoices via the 'Scheduled Payments' report.
Adjusted the Edit Membership page to allow staff to make edits to memberships that may have a bad/expired card without needing to recollect a new payment method for the membership first.
