πŸ”₯ Week 4 Updates πŸ”₯

NEW Digital Agreement Copy Email Template

With this new addition you will be able to edit both the email subject line and email body for the digital agreement copy email that gets sent out after an agreement has been signed. You will be able to find this new template by navigating to your left side menu, Settings>Memberships, clicking on the 'Settings' tab at the top of the page, and scrolling down the page until you find a section titled 'Email Digital Agreement Template Copy'

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue on the 'My Classes' tab on the Spark university where add a space was being added between the contact's name and the apostrophe 's'.

  • Fixed an issue with the drag and drop options on checkout pages not allowing Sparktans to be able to properly rearrange their checkout pages.

  • Fixed an issue with attendances taken on the same day as to when a class credit membership is added to a contact's profile not properly deducting a class credit as intended.

  • Fixed an issue with the CC surcharge payments not being placed under the correct income category on the Transactions by Category report.

  • Fixed an issue with hyperlinks to forms/surveys sending contacts to a 'Page not Found' screen and not letting them complete the form.

  • Fixed an issue with setting playbook templates as inactive not removing them from the active templates list.

  • Fixed an issue on the lead & trial maximizer as well as on the new member maximizer where searching for a particular contact(s) would not properly display the contacts on the list.

  • Fixed an issue on the checkout page list where after marking a checkout page as inactive and trying to reactivate a different checkout page, it would still keep the previous checkout page as selected.

  • Added logs for when marking contacts as no longer earning ranks in a rank system.

  • Added a 'Total Participants' number at the top of a checkout page purchasers list.

  • Added the ability to add multiples of the same product to a POS Package.

  • Added an ATA Expiration dates column on the All Contacts report.

New Ability to Filter the Current Ranks Report by Multiple Ranks

With this new change you will be able to filter your Current Ranks Report to show you all of the contacts in multiple ranks within a rank style so instead of only being able to filter by one singular rank in a rank style at a time. You could view everyone in multiple all at once! You will be able to find this report by going to your left side menu, Ranks>Report: Current Ranks

New Select All/ Clear Options in the All Contacts Report

These new options will allow you to quickly and easily check/uncheck all of the columns on the All Contacts report so if you have a lot of custom fields created and you don't want to spend a bunch of time having to click on a bunch of checkboxes one by one, you could simply click on one button which could save you a bit of time. You will be able to find this report by going to your left side menu, Contacts>All Contacts.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with the membership credit deduction prompt being displayed on the Add by Roster page for memberships that have not started yet.

  • Fixed an issue with messages that were not sent from the profile being incorrectly shown as having been sent from profile on the contact timeline.

  • Fixed a few issues with the mass actions box on the All Memberships report and have re-added it back to the page.

  • Fixed an issue with cards that are selected to not be accepted in a location still allowing staff members to add them onto the membership details page.

  • Fixed an issue with automations based on contact types firing off again for contacts that are merged with another profile.

  • Fixed an issue with ranks not being added in the proper order when a student starts a new membership that is associated to a specific rank style.

  • Fixed an issue with staff members getting an error message when clicking on the 'Edit Calendar' option on the pop up box prompted when you click on the chainlink icon next to a staff member's name on the calendar.

  • Fixed an issue with the All Contacts report not consistently displaying students of a particular age selected from the filters.

  • Fixed an issue with payment methods being duplicated on a contact's profile when being added from different pages.

  • Fixed an issue with the cancel if action for when an appointment is marked as showed not working as intended on automations.

  • Added the 'Total Overdue' column on the Past Due Memberships report printout and export files.

  • Added invoice printing/exporting options as well as more Spark payment details on the 'Spark Subscription' page.

  • Added a 'Emails Bounced' section on the action step deliverability pop up box.

  • Re-added the ability to resend the appointment booked email/sms message when an appointment date or time is changed option back onto the appointment details box.

  • Added an option to duplicate email templates.

  • Added an option to remove contacts from the forms/surveys submissions list.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with the Email Campaign not eliminating contacts with particular tags even though they were selected from the 'To Send' step.

  • Fixed an issue with not being able to upload files under a contact's documents tab if the file contained braces in the name.

  • Fixed an issue with the dashboard not saving the layout or widgets to be shown if multiple changes are to be made at the same time.

  • Fixed an issue on Mass Rank Promotion rosters where the date of promotion drop down would disappear when the option to update the promotion date for the promoted contacts was selected.

  • Fixed an issue on the member app settings where the longitude coordinates would not allow you to save the values added on the field.

  • Fixed an issue with the currency sign Β£ not being properly displayed on the financial charts in the Ultimate Stats reports for accounts set as using that currency sign.

  • Fixed an issue with not being able to mass send messages from the purchasers list on checkout pages.

  • Fixed an issue with not being able to add new items to open invoices that do not have a payment attached to it.

  • Fixed an issue with appointment confirmation messages being automatically resent to contacts when the notes on the appointments are edit/added.

  • Fixed an issue with the dashboard stats for active and expired trials not showing the proper amount of memberships in each category.

  • Fixed an issue with duplicating checkout page purchase items not keeping the first installment due date as set up on the original.

  • Fixed an issue with not being able to filter the All Contacts report by tags

  • Fixed an issue with duplicate profiles created for additional participants on a checkout page instead of connecting the purchase to an existing contact's profile.

  • Fixed an issue with checkout pages allowing new sign ups to assign themselves to more rosters than they're allowed based on the purchase item settings.

  • Added more logging to each contact's timeline on their profiles to include when a new rank is assigned and where it was assigned from.

  • Added a section under the 'Attendance' tab on the left side menu specifically meant for the Spark Kiosk settings. It is named 'Attendance Kiosk Setup'.

Added Emergency Contact Name & Phone Number Columns on All Contacts Report

You will now be able to find contact emergency contact information on the All Contacts report which you could print out well as export that information onto an Excel or CSV file.

Added New 'Allow to Delete Classes' Option in University Settings

With this new checkbox you will be able to choose whether you want your students to be able to remove themselves from class rosters via your university page. By disabling the checkbox, students will only be able to view the class details of the classes they have booked or been assigned to but not be able to remove themselves from it.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:

  • Fixed an issue with the 'Class Credits Remaining' dashboard widget displaying a blank box on the Spark dashboard when the class credits option is disabled in the account.

  • Fixed an issue with skills not being properly marked off on attendance cards when attendances are logged.

  • Fixed an issue with the email body when sending out emails from the contact profile page appearing too small.

  • Fixed an issue with not being able to generate a membership barcode label from a contact's profile.

  • Fixed an issue with when replacing/removing an email address from a contact's profile causing membership related emails to continue being sent to the old email address.

  • Fixed an issue with checkout pages not creating new profiles for contacts when they select the 'None of These' option from the previous contacts found pop up box.

  • Adjusted the checkout page purchase item time logs to be shown based on the time zone listed in the account's General Settings instead of defaulting to being shown in UTC time.

  • Added logs on contact timeline for when all rosters are added to a contact from their profile page.

  • Added logs for checkout page purchase items when the price of a membership being sold from a sales page is updated from the membership templates page.

  • Added a new 'Added From' column on the Last Nights Class Survey page which will show whether if a rating was left from either the emailed link or the member app.
