New Staff Permissions
We have added additional staff member permissions to allow/disallow certain staff to send out Email/SMS/Push Notification campaigns as well as added a permission to allow/disallow staff members from being able to purchase sms credits which you will be able to find by going to your left side menu, Settings>Staff Logins, editing a staff member's profile and scrolling down to these fields.

Entered By Column added on the Staff Time Slips Report
This new column will show which staff member(s) have altered anyone's time slips as well as which days and times they have edited. If you see a dash in place of a name under someone's time slip then that signifies that the time slips has not been edited by anyone. You will be able to find this new column by going to your left side menu, Reports>Staff Time Slips.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:
Fixed an issue with the Last Seen column on the All Contacts not being removed when deselecting all of the filters on the report.
Fixed an issue with duplicate invoices being created when manually adding purchases from checkout pages and clicking on the create button multiple times.
Added a select/deselect all option on the MIA Maximizer for bulk actions.
π₯ Week 3 Updates π₯
Reschedule Merge Tag for Appointment Confirmation Emails
With this new update to the appointments type settings you will be able to add a reschedule option on your appointment confirmation emails that get sent out immediately upon a contact booking an appointment. This option was previously only reserved for the Day Of and Day Before sms messages and you will be able to find this new merge tag by editing your appointment type settings, scrolling down to the email field, and selecting the 'Reschedule Link' from the merge tags dropdown which you could add anywhere on your email body.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:
Fixed an issue with form/surveys not redirecting contacts to the proper links set up on radio group fields.
Fixed an issue with the character count on the Saved Reply page not working properly.
Fixed an issue with only students on a certain rank being included on the CSV file being generated from the Current Ranks report.
Adjusted ranks to allow both belt tips and stripes to be shown on a contact's belt simultaneously in their profile.
Adjusted the automations page to where if the option to hide inactive automations is selected, that setting will remain selected until you either unselect it or clear your cache from your browser.
Added the option to save sms messages as templates from all the places you could mass send text messages from.
Added logs on contact profile timelines for when a student's group has been manually changed on a mass rank promotion roster.
Added a column on the Roster Contacts report to show when a contact(s) are set to be added to class roster list.

Discount Column added on the Items Sold Report
You will now be able to see how much profit you made on the items you sold after a discount was applied to the invoice which will help you get a better view of what you're making on items. You will be able to find this report by going to your left side menu, Settings>POS>Items Sold.

Tag Filter Added on the Attendance Counts Report
A new filter has been added to the Attendance Counts report which will make it easier for you to view the attendances taken by contacts that have specific tags on their profile. You will be able to find this report by going to your left side menu, Attendance>Attendance Counts.
Customizable Participant Name Label for the Online Scheduler
We have made the participant name label for the online scheduler form customizable so you can choose what the label displays on the online form. This can be helpful for appointment schedulers that are specific to certain age groups so you could make it to where instead of having the label say "First & Last Name of the participant:", you could instead have it say "First & Last Name of the child:". You will be able to find this change by editing your appointment types and scrolling down to the 'For Online Scheduler, Enter a label for Participant' field.
Bug Fixes/Adjustments:
Fixed an issue with contacts on vacation not appearing on the Add by Roster report.
Fixed an issue with the 'Show Available Appointments' checkbox not showing/hiding the appointments.
Fixed an issue with deselecting staff members on the calendar not hiding/showing the appointments assigned to those staff members.
Fixed an issue with copying or moving automations from one group to another causing duplicate groups to be created.
Adjusted the Net Billing stat on the dashboard to include an explanation on how the 'Amount' column values are calculated.
Added a 'Print' option on the Current Ranks report.
Added new checkbox on the MIA Maximizer to view the contacts who haven't attended this week.

New Option to Add New Locations
With this new feature, you will be able to quickly & easily sign up new Spark locations for the Spark plan of your choice. You will be able to find this feature by going to your left side menu>Add another location.
Bug Fixes/Adjustments:
Fixed an issue the payment receipt not being sent to a purchaser after buying an item(s) from the Shopping Cart.
Fixed an issue with not being able to add files to course lessons that had a large file name.
Fixed an issue with contacts being able to book appointments for time slots that have already been deleted.
Adjusted Spark pages to allow photos to be added on sms messages that can be sent from anywhere in the software.
