π₯ Week 4 Updates π₯
Bug Fixes/Adjustments:
Fixed an issue with editing a membership that does not have a signed agreement displaying the option to send the 're-sign' agreement email.
Fixed an issue with an existing contact's basic contact information, i.e. home address, gender, dob, etc. not being autofilled on an online form they are completing.
Fixed an issue with duplicate web lead notifications being sent when the submit button is clicked multiple times by the contact.
π₯ Week 3 Updates π₯
New Mass Actions on the Current Ranks Report
You will now have the ability to perform mass actions on your current ranks report such as assigning multiple contacts that are currently not in a rank/rank style to one, mass updating the current rank for multiple contacts that are already in a particular rank, or even mass removing multiple contacts from a rank/rank style at once. You will be able to find this new function by going to your left side menu, Ranks>Report: Current Ranks.
Scheduled Payment Decline Email Template
With this new feature you will be able to set up an email that will get sent out to your contacts once their scheduled invoice payment(s) gets declined where you can also include a link for them to update their payment method to be used for their remaining payments. You will be able to find this new email template by going to your left side menu, Point of Sale Settings>Settings.
Cancel Appointment Booked SMS message by Tag
You will now be able to prevent the booked appointment sms message from being sent out to contacts that have a specific tag applied on their profile. You will be able to find this new option by editing your Appointment Type(s) and scrolling down the page right below the appointment booked sms message.
Bug Fixes/Adjustments:
Fixed an issue with checkout pages logos being changed if two different logo images on different checkout pages were listed under the same file name.
Added more logging on invoices to show if a contact manually entered in a payment method for a payment or if an existing one was used.
Adjusted the payment method update link to now include all of the memberships that are using the same payment method on file to help reduce the amount of update payment emails being sent out to a contact.
π₯ Week 2 Updates π₯
New Dark Mode Theme
This exiting new update will allow you to switch between the light and dark theme for Spark so if you're someone that likes having dark mode everything, you could quickly and easily switch between themes by clicking on your name at the top right of the page and selecting the 'Switch to Light/Dark Mode' option.

Existing Contact Pop Up Option for Checkout pages
You will now have the option to choose whether you want the 'Existing Contacts' pop up box to appear every time an existing contact enters in their information on the checkout page form or not. By leaving the toggle disabled it will automatically connect the purchase to your existing contact's profile so long as the name and email address and/or mobile phone number are an exact match. If the name is slightly different then it will prompt the pop up box to appear just to confirm their identity. By turning the toggle on however, regardless if the student types in their information exactly as it is listed on their profile or not, it will always prompt the pop up box to appear. You will be able to find this new setting below the Show Location Info Footer toggle as shown in the image below.

Bug Fixes/Adjustments:
Adjusted the Online Scheduler to save mobile phone numbers added on the appointment booking page for existing contacts.
Adjusted the forms/surveys radio group answers to be included on the submission results email.
Added mass remove/mass assign ranks option on the Current Ranks report.
Added the option to select initial dates for trial appointments on the membership add page.
Adjusted the net billing stats to show how much the students are being charged monthly as well as by their frequency

Paid Appointment Details on Invoices
With this update you and your contacts will be able to see exactly which appointment was paid for in the invoice notes making it much easier to keep track of payments and having a place to reference back to if needed.
New Cancel If Action for Automations
You will now be able to choose to have automation action steps be cancelled if a contact has replied to an sms message within the last 30 days. In contrast to the general cancel action if they respond to any sms message at any point, this option will allow you have it work for contacts that have been actively replying back before the 30 day mark.
Bug Fixes/Adjustments:
Fixed an issue with a broken image icon being included on sms messages being sent from the Mass Rank Promotion rosters.
Fixed an issue with sending sms messages to contacts on the MIA Maximizer not updating the contact's status color.
Fixed an issue with the checkout page purchase notes left by contacts not being highlighted properly on the purchaser's list.
Adjusted the 'State' field on the street address block on forms/surveys to now display 'State/Province' for Canadian locations.
