Email Notifications for Individual Appointment Types

With the inclusion of this new setting you will be able to control which email address(s) get sent new appointment notification emails after an appointment under a specific appointment type has been booked. This can be very helpful if you have appointment types for individual instructors/staff member that can be booked through the calendar. You will be able to find this new setting by navigating to your left side menu, Calendar>Calendar Settings, clicking on the 'Appointment Types' tab at the top of the page, editing/creating an appointment type and scrolling down to the field below the Default Staff Member Assigned setting as shown in the image below. Please note that this setting will not act as a direct replacement to the 'New Appointment Scheduled' setting in the Notifications page, notifications will still be sent to the email address(s) listed on that page alongside any email addresses listed on the appointment type details page as well.

Include Contacts with Expired Memberships Option on the Email Campaign

With this new setting you will be able to choose if you want to include your contacts on expired memberships on an email campaign. You will be able to find this new option by creating an email campaign, navigating to Step 4 of the process, and clicking on the 'Select Memberships' button. The checkbox will appear just underneath the bottom as shown on the image below.

New Option to Add Participants as Connected Family on Forms/Surveys

We have added a new setting on the forms/surveys which will allow you to choose whether if you want the participants included on a submission to automatically be connected as family members on their profiles or if you prefer to keep them separate. This can useful in cases where you may want to gather information from guests that may not have a familiar relationship to an existing contact but still want a profile created for them. You will be able to find this new setting by editing/creating a form and scrolling down to the settings field. It will be located below the participant label setting.
