To get your Contacts transferred over from KickSite we'll just need you to pull a few reports and send them over to us. We handle it from there.
What is included in the export from Kicksite? :
What will be included in your export will be : All contacts (Active, prospects, and former)and your contacts' billing and memberships. Financial data will be explain on the very bottom of the guide.

*NOTE : When Exporting the Memberships Report, please wait till is finished loading. This can be told by scrolling to the bottom of the page till the "Loading More Memberships" has disappeared.
Walk Through Article
First off, from the Dashboard, we need to go to Students > All Active.
Next, on the right hand side of the screen, we want to click the all of the "Export All" buttons that are available.
We'll then want to move on to Students > Memberships in the navigation bar.
On the right hand side of the screen, we will want to click the "Export To Excel" button,
*NOTE : You'll want to sit on this page till all the Memberships Report are finished loading, Please scroll to the bottom until they've all finished loading & the "Loading More Memberships" Text has disappeared.
Once you've done that, we can move on to Finance > Recurring Billings in the navigation bar.
We have to scroll all the way down to the bottom to find the "Export to Excel" button this time. Go ahead and click it.
Upon completion, you'll want to head back to the Home menu, (found in the top left), and then go to Prospects > Trial Memberships.
You can go ahead and press the "Export All" button in the top right of the report.
We're almost done. We just have to go to Students > Families now.
Once there, you want to click and drag to highlight all of the families. Make sure to scroll down so you get everyone. Once you've got them all selected, you will want to copy them to your clipboard.
We can then compose an email, address it to [email protected], and paste the family information. Please attach all of the reports you have downloaded, as well.
