Exporting from KickSite

Walks you through the process of exporting your data out of KickSite.

To get your Contacts transferred over from KickSite we'll just need you to pull a few reports and send them over to us. We handle it from there.

What is included in the export from Kicksite? :
What will be included in your export will be : All contacts (Active, prospects, and former)and your contacts' billing and memberships. Financial data will be explain on the very bottom of the guide.

*NOTE : When Exporting the Memberships Report, please wait till is finished loading. This can be told by scrolling to the bottom of the page till the "Loading More Memberships" has disappeared.

Walk Through Article

First off, from the Dashboard, we need to go to Profiles > Students.

Next, on the right hand side of the screen, we'll want to remove the 'Active only' filter and click 'Apply'. Once its applied , go ahead and click the "Export" button above .

We'll then want to move on to Profiles > Prospects next.  

On the Prospects page, you can simply click the first export button as shown to get all prospects.

Once you've done that, we can move on to Finance > Recurring Billings in the navigation bar. On this page, you can simply click the export button. Please note this doesn't have your students financial data. Financial data is referenced on the bottom of the guide.

Please then navigate to your Memberships > School Memberships

Before clicking export, you'll want to scroll to the bottom of this page till all the Memberships Report are finished loading, Once they have, get back to the top and on the right hand side of the screen, we will want to click the "Export To Excel" button,

Once you've exported the School Memberships, please be sure to do the same exact procedure for the ATA Memberships IF YOU HAVE THEM* as you did the School Memberships

Please then compose an email and address it to [email protected].
Attach all of the reports you have downloaded, as well as your school name / Spark Account number (Found at the top left of your Spark Software) and be sure to let us know if you have any further questions!
