Stripe offers a free card data transfer service. Please note this process can take anywhere from 3 to 8 weeks depending on current queue times. We recommend starting this process as early as possible and signing up any new contacts directly in Spark during the transfer to avoid losing their data.

Please ensure your payment gateway is set up in Spark before starting this request. Refer to our Merchant and Merchant Fees guide for more information.

Filling out Data Migration Request
To get started, head over to Stripe's contact center and select Data Migration as your topic or follow the link provided here :

Once on the page, you can start to fill out the request form using the answers shown below :
What type of data migration can we assist you with?
Export data out of Stripe to a third party.
Then confirm that you're on the correct account.
After filling out that section, new questions beneath it will appear where you fill it out as shown in the screenshot below.

Submitting the form
Once the form is complete, select Send Email at the bottom. Stripe will follow up directly. Once they do, please CC us at [email protected] on the email chain so we can assist with the remainder of the transfer.

Is there a cost for this transfer? No - Stripe's card data transfer is free of charge.
How long will the transfer take? Typically 3 to 8 weeks depending on current queue volume. We recommend submitting your request as early as possible.
Do I need to do anything while the transfer is in progress? Yes - continue signing up any new members directly in Spark during the transfer period to make sure their card data is captured in the new system. Any clients not entered in Spark during the transfer time will not have their financial data brought over.
